BREAKING: SCOTUS Doxxer Busted: FBI Launches Probe into TikTok Cancel Culture Bully
CONFIRMED: Federal investigation uncovers over 100 complaints against influencer Danesh Noshirvan as Lives, Careers, and Families Lie in Ruins.
By M. Thomas Nast and Richard Luthmann
The fallout surrounding TikTok influencer and SCOTUS Doxxer Danesh Noshirvan, known to his 2 million followers as @ThatDaneshGuy, has taken a dramatic turn.
Investigative reporter Frank Parlato of the Frank Report recently confirmed that TikTok influencer Danesh Noshirvan is under investigation following the suicide of Denton, Texas, football coach Aaron De La Torre.
It was not clear whether the investigation was simply a local investigation or whether it had a larger scope.
Until now.
This outlet can report that several sources with knowledge say federal authorities are actively investigating Noshirvan after receiving over 100 complaints about his harassment campaigns.
These reports, filed with the FBI and other federal entities, allege a vast pattern of abuse, digital vigilantism, and exploitation—accusations that stretch far beyond social media outrage.
The federal probe comes as more than 300 identified victims, ranging from private citizens to public officials, come forward to tell their stories.
For years, Noshirvan has used his TikTok platform to target individuals through doxxing, false allegations, and mob harassment, all while profiting off the harm through monetized content.
“This isn’t free speech,” said the administrator of the ‘Victims of Danesh’ pages, speaking under protected anonymity for fear of retaliation. “This is systematic destruction of lives. Danesh incites violence and harassment while hiding behind his influencer status.”
The Victims Left Behind
The stories of Noshirvan’s victims read like a national tragedy, cutting across states, regions, ages, classes, races, and professions. Teachers, healthcare workers, law enforcement officials, small business owners, and grieving families have all fallen prey to his campaigns.
Here are just a few of the many victims now demanding justice:
Aaron De La Torre (Texas): A high school football coach who tragically took his own life on October 8, 2024, after relentless online harassment from Noshirvan. Danesh falsely accused him of unspeakable crimes, fueling death threats and mob intimidation. Even after De La Torre’s death, Noshirvan continued posting defamatory content targeting him and his grieving family.
U.S. Supreme Court Justices (SCOTUS): Following the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health decision, Noshirvan doxxed the home addresses of conservative justices, leading to protests and death threats. Justice Brett Kavanaugh became the target of credible assassination attempts.
Dr. Edith Del Mar Behr (Pennsylvania): A healthcare professional who faced harassment after being accused of medical misconduct. The abuse disrupted her career and endangered patient trust.
Shelly Schwarz (California): Schwarz’s small business crumbled under a coordinated attack. False allegations spread by Noshirvan and his followers led to negative reviews, loss of clientele, and reputational harm.
Robert LeMay’s Family (Washington): Even after his death, Noshirvan targeted the family of LeMay, a former law enforcement officer, with harassment campaigns. The grieving family endured public shaming and emotional harm.
Cortney Kotzian (OmahaOracle - TikTok Creator): A TikTok creator who spoke out against Noshirvan’s conduct. She was doxxed and received threats to her personal safety and professional livelihood.
Nigel Ford (Private Citizen): Ford’s employer was bombarded with harassment after Noshirvan’s followers demanded his termination. When the employer refused to fire him, the company itself became a target.
KC Davis (Mental Health Advocate): Noshirvan falsely accused Davis of misconduct, triggering attacks on her reputation and personal safety. The abuse disrupted her advocacy work and took a heavy mental toll.
Jennifer Couture (Florida): Noshirvan selectively edited a parking lot video to falsely portray Couture as an aggressor. He then doxxed her, leading to waves of harassment against her, her family, and her husband’s business, Garramone Plastic Surgery. Death threats and defamatory reviews caused significant personal and financial harm.
Carmine Marceno (Lee County Sheriff, FL): Noshirvan targeted Sheriff Marceno, accusing him of fabricated misconduct and eroding public trust in law enforcement. Critics argue this harassment was part of an attempt to manipulate local legal proceedings.
Amira Fox (State Prosecutor, FL): Prosecutor Fox faced similar harassment after being falsely accused of ethical violations. Noshirvan’s mob inundated her office with threats and complaints, jeopardizing safety for her and her staff.
Weaponized Influence and Financial Exploitation
One expected focus of the federal investigation is Noshirvan’s financial incentives to harass his targets. He profits directly through TikTok’s revenue-sharing program by encouraging outrage and engagement. Every attack video generates income as followers flood his profile with tips and virtual gifts.
“Danesh profits off of pain,” the ‘Victims of Danesh’ administrator stated. “He weaponizes his platform to systematically destroy lives, and every click puts money in his pocket.”
Critics argue that Noshirvan’s actions aren’t just immoral—they’re illegal. Victims have filed reports with local law enforcement, federal agencies, and social media platforms, alleging violations that include stalking, harassment, doxxing, and false reporting to government agencies.
Sources anticipate that Noshirvan may face full-scale investigation and prosecution by the incoming Trump Justice Department for a litany of crimes, including but not limited to doxxing, harassment, incitement, violations of federal law under 18 U.S.C. §§ 115, 1343, 2257, and 2257A, and potential foreign collusion with adversarial entities like the Chinese Communist Party, the owner of Byte Dance and the TikTok platform.
The Role of Attorney Nick Chiappetta
Adding to the outrage is Noshirvan’s attorney, Nick Chiappetta of Lake Worth, Florida, who has been accused of enabling these campaigns through bad-faith legal tactics. Chiappetta’s decision to commission a deeply flawed expert report from Brad LaPorte—a report critics call a “whitewash”—has drawn sharp criticism. The report claims Noshirvan and his wife are the true victims and seeks over $3 million in damages.
“This is a blatant attempt to shield Danesh from accountability,” the administrator said. “It’s not a report; it’s a smokescreen.”
Chiappetta’s legal strategies, including overbroad subpoenas targeting journalists like Richard Luthmann, have sparked further outrage. Critics argue these tactics are intended to intimidate whistleblowers and silence those exposing Noshirvan’s misconduct.
A Demand for Accountability
The ‘Victims of Danesh’ administrator’s submissions to federal judges have become a critical counterweight to Noshirvan’s public narrative. In confidential emails to Judges Steele, Polster Chappell, and Dudek, the administrator highlighted Danesh’s patterns of abuse and the devastating toll on victims like Aaron De La Torre.
“I had to speak out after Aaron’s death,” the administrator wrote. “If nothing changes, more lives will be lost.”
Despite receiving this evidence, only Judge Steele acknowledged the communication—an omission that raises further questions about the judicial handling of the case.
What’s Next?
With the federal investigation underway, victims of Noshirvan’s campaigns are hopeful for justice. Advocates argue that accountability for both Noshirvan and his enablers—like attorney Nick Chiappetta—is long overdue.
“This isn’t just about Danesh,” the administrator concluded. “It’s about stopping a pattern of abuse that has ruined too many lives.”
The investigation represents a turning point in the battle against digital harassment. For the hundreds of victims whose lives have been shattered, it may also represent a long-awaited step toward justice.
