Can the Distinct Attorney still receive Holy Communion?

The Roman Catholic archbishop of San Francisco ordered priests in the archdiocese to deny House Speaker Nancy Pelosi the sacrament of Holy Communion because the California Democrat supports abortion rights. Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone notified Pelosi last Thursday that because she supports legal abortion, she is not to present herself for Holy Communion. Should she do so, Pelosi is not to be admitted. The Archbishop further said: “A Catholic legislator who supports procured abortion, after knowing the teaching of the Church, commits a manifestly grave sin which is a cause of most serious scandal to others.”

The Archbishop’s decision is already sending shockwaves through political circles, as Political Hacks who support Baby Murder and who also claim to be Roman Catholics are in a position squarely inconsistent with the application of Church Canon Law. The Distinct Attorney is one such Political Hack.

In a 2015 debate for his current political office, the Distinct Attorney confirmed that he is “Pro-Choice.”

Church Teaching and Canon Law

Because the Catholic Church opposes abortion as a matter of doctrine, some Catholic bishops have refused or threatened to refuse Holy Communion or declare ex-communication upon Catholic politicians who support abortion. In some cases, officials have stated that ministers should refuse Holy Communion to such politicians per canon 915 of the 1983 Code of Canon Law.

Under canon 915, anyone aware of having committed a grave sin is obliged to refrain from receiving Holy Communion without first obtaining absolution in the sacrament of Reconciliation. Canon 915 permits the denial of Holy Communion to certain classes of people and obliges them to deny it.

Canon 915 is immediately followed by canon 916, which concerns the minister of the Eucharist (priest or bishop) who celebrates a Mass and the recipient of Holy Communion: “A person who is conscious of grave sin is not to celebrate Mass or receive the body of the Lord without previous sacramental confession unless there is a grave reason and there is no opportunity to confess; in this case, the person is to remember the obligation to make an act of perfect contrition which includes the resolution of confessing as soon as possible.”

Last year by a vote of 222-8, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops overwhelmingly passed new guidance that empowers individual priests to deny Communion to pro-abortion rights politicians should they encounter them. “It is the special responsibility of the diocesan bishop to work to remedy situations that involve public actions at variance with the visible communion of the Church and the moral law,” the document said.

The Distinct Attorney is Pro-Baby Murder

In the 2015 debate leading up to the election to his current office, the Distinct Attorney publicly stated that he was “Pro-Choice.” The Distinct Attorney public supports Baby Murder, a grievous sin in direct contravention of established Church doctrine. The Distinct Attorney has not publicly recanted or clarified these views.

The Distinct Attorney is also a 2013 “Hall of Fame” inductee at his Catholic high school alma mater. How on God’s green earth is a Baby Murderer an example for formative young men?

It remains to be seen if the Distinct Attorney will present himself for Holy Communion. As the perpetrator of manifestly grave sin, the Distinct Attorney is obligated not to receive Holy Communion. But as a Political Hack, he may see nothing wrong with Baby Murder. The real test will be if the Distinct Attorney and his elected official wife present themselves for Holy Communion. What will the Priests and the Archbishop do with these Nancy Pelosi-type Political Hacks and grievous sinners?

TROLL WAR UPDATE: Filed Court Documents

Our hero, Luthmann, filed court documents with the Criminal Term of the Feudal Court on the Isle of Staten, and boy are they explosive. Here are some of the highlights:

• Luthmann Names Names

Luthmann gave the first glimpse into his “flashpoint” First Amendment trial, detailing a witness list that is a veritable “Who’s Who” in local politics.

• The Feudal Court Judge’s Predicament

Luthmann wonders if the Feudal Court Judge hasn’t already been threatened based on the First Family’s previous pattern of behavior.

• Luthmann Wants a Hearing; Asks for Subpoenas

The Special Schmuck Prosecutor opened the door to Luthmann, requesting a Hearing and subpoenas. The Special Schmuck filed a motion to add additional parties to an Order of Protection. Luthmann should get a Hearing and a chance to cross-examine the witnesses as a matter of right as to their honesty and motivations. Not giving Luthmann a Hearing would be highly irregular and would frustrate Luthmann’s opportunity to be heard in the face of enhanced, court-imposed punishments.

• The C-Line State Chair is Under FBI Investigation?

The C-LINE State Party Chairman is apparently under investigation by the Feudal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for improperly and illegally receiving leaked information into secret Federal investigations and proceedings. Is the Distinct Attorney’s Office the source of these leaks? If Party Bosses get confidential information, do Cartel and Mafia Bosses get the same treatment?

• Hypocrites and Hacks?

A camarilla of hypocrites and hacks surrounds the First Family. Fortunately, most of these Pirates and Scallywags are alive to be put on the stand and answer for their misdeeds. And for those that are dead, let’s say that Luthmann has an extensive audio library.

• The Special Schmuck Knowingly Submits False Evidence?

The Special Schmuck, who NYC Comptroller records show makes $250,000 - $350,000 annually from the public tit by milking cases, is engaged in dishonesty and is not fit to serve the public as a Special District Attorney.

• The Deadbeat City Councilwoman?

There will be collateral damage to Luthmann’s all-out assault. But Luthmann doesn’t consider the Queen of the North Shore to be collateral damage. Being a Deadbeat and owing back taxes has strained relationships with Community Groups. Next time, don’t vote for a bad slot machine - they never pay out.

Is there more? Of course, there is more. Luthmann is armed with many weapons in the Great Troll War.

For those following, the Feudal Courts showdown is scheduled for June 8, 2022. Our hero experienced a death in the family earlier today and has major surgery planned for June 7, 2022, so it is unlikely that there will be a hearing that day. But you never know what “political contracts” and “back-room deals” happen in the Feudal Courts. Luthmann will try to dispose of the first Special Schmuck if Luthmann can get a fair shake.
