Previously Judge Jane Grossman without a hearing, put a no-contact order in place because “the mother might have a bi-polar episode due to the stress of the divorce” - there’s no diagnosis of Bo-polar and it violates ADA.
The mother filed a motion in limine to vacate this illegal order and it was ignored for years- then Adelman ruled (without a hearing) to take it up with the appellate court- leaving a no contact order in place for years.
Sounds so similar to mine. I decided to stop pushing - I guess out of fear of the no-contact or losing all rights. And in hopes I could find help to fully extract them. Everything in between just brings more harm. Grateful at least one or two of ours is getting heard.
It’s a “silent” epidemic running in family courts throughout the US. Difficult to believe and mainstream media refuse to report - zero accountability and far too lucrative an industry to interfere. Keith Harmon Snow was an investigative reporter who published “In the Worst Interest of the Child: Trafficking Children through US Family Courts. Some of the same players in my case were reported on in that book. No lawsuits for defamation because it was all true.

I'd say money, but they sealed the deal on who got the assets AFTER they handed him the babes. Maybe they knew it all beforehand though, idk. But I do know what he's doing to them, and I believe they do, too.
