The family courts don’t want medical evidence. They know where kids are to be delivered and anything that runs counter to that is of no interest to them. The attorneys - especially the GAL - control what’s presented to the court - gals are working as the ringmaster and attorneys on both sides are working with her - for their financial benefit- not for the best interest of the children.
The gal in my case has a “confidential contract that supersedes CT statutes” and attorneys for both sides were fully on board with this illegal/law breaking contract.

Now Parental Alienation is real, but what every one misses is that while Gardner was a terrible shrink, he was a great marketer. Worse? Reporters did NOT comprehend ANY OF Gardners ploys.
Along the way, I was first to prove and publish on my site, FamilyLawCourts.com (then 60 pages) now only on FB — that Gardner violently killed himself, rather than died in his sleep.
Happily, I got an Orange County DA interested in going after Lais for practicing law without a license after the State Bar forced him to resign. (Ron’s legal advice was so bad his clients were getting arrested).
The OC Register’s courts reporter wrote about nine columns. All funny! After trial Lais tried to sue me in Federal Court from his Folsom prison cell.
The Federal Court rejected his Complaint and told him to stop harassing me.
One of his daughters called me after Lais went after her. His son, was his tech pawn. Lais stalked me for 20 + years. Then died. So now I’m down to three!
I’m on BSKY (OriginalRockMedia) and CA State Bar is going after a bunch of people for holding themselves out as attorneys — who never had a license to begin with!
The lesson being ALWAYS, always check State Bar Records, FIRST!
