According to Riordan, Nusbaum represented Riordan for 4 months. Nusbaum billed $100,000 and did NO WORK. Frank Parlato detailed the apparent BILLING FRAUD:

As far as your instructions to go back to court with Judge Grossman, please send me $100,000 as discussed, or I will not request a hearing, which I told you will only hurt your case.
As far as having Jocelyn disbarred, that is not going to happen. If you have any notions about that, I would strongly suggest that you wait until the case is over, and you can do whatever.

When Riordan didn’t pay, Nusbaum attacked. Riordan alleges he even betrayed his former client’s secrets to her ex-husband.
