Castorina, Nelson Criminal Matter Referred to NY AG Letitia James

The Public Integrity Bureau Complaint was supplemented by court documents Luthmann filed last week in New York State Supreme Court, Richmond County, with incriminating information on Judge Ronald Castorina, Jr. and Special Prosecutor Eric Nelson.

Luthmann filed a detailed motion to be heard by NYS Supreme Court Justice Marina C. Mundy. The noticed return date is February 14, 2023, St. Valentine’s Day.

Special Prosecutor Nelson was also served with a copy of the papers asking for his removal and for Judge Mundy to refer the matter for investigation and prosecution.

“I’m ready for a fight,” Luthmann said. “These Swamp Creatures committed multiple felonies to get a bogus felony indictment on me to stick. I did three years for Fake Facebook satire and lampooning. They should all do at least three years and a day for extreme violations of the public trust,” Luthmann said.

“I’ve lost everything and truly been humbled,” Luthmann said. He continued, “This is my first step in taking back my life. I want a St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.”

Is this a conspiracy? And if so, how high does it go?

Queen Crime to Lose NYC CFB Matching Funds and More?

And we didn’t forget Queen Crime and Sir Waler Raleigh. Big news on them this week and whether they will get matching funds from the NYC Campaign Finance Board.

North Shore “Queen Crime” Kamillah Hanks already cost her “friend,” former State Senator Diane Savino, a “soft-landing” job as NYC Deputy Mayor. Sir Walter Raleigh’s claims that Savino “didn’t do enough” for Hanks may have already cost them their friendship. Will Queen Crime’s shenanigans also cost her NYC CFB matching funds in 2023?

When candidates, their agents, and their campaigns engage in financial malfeasance and reporting shenanigans, the NYC CFB will heavily fine them and can even withhold matching funds. It happens.

Career Politician and Former NYC Mayoral Candidate John Liu was denied matching funds in 2013 because of campaign financial shenanigans that landed some of his staffers in big legal trouble.

Just ask the Staten Island Democratic Committee of Richmond County’s President Emeritus Gary Lane about how they railroaded John Liu in 2013.

I guess this makes “$10 Tuesday” all that more important.

Remember, Mr. Luthmann is now a LAW ABIDING CITIZEN.
