PLUS: Partial, Damning Evidence Against Kamillah Hanks Laid Out

Part 2 of Richard Luthmann’s explosive interview about his recently filed lawsuit is now available.

Earlier this week, Luthmann filed a sweeping lawsuit in New York County Supreme Court against NYC Councilmember Kamillah Hanks, Judge Ron Castorina, Christopher Ambrose, Eric Nelson, Kevin Barry Love, and others.

Luthmann laid out the case with precision. Afterward, he presented some of the evidence in the case.

“This is the tip of the iceberg,” Luthmann said.

Many of these proofs were part of the previously filed debt collections case against Hanks, Love, and the 2017 Hanks campaign from March.

Here is some evidence he released concerning the debts owed by Kamillah Hanks and her 2017 political campaign:

• Email about avoiding CFB reporting obligations

• Email to Kamillah Hanks, Kevin Barry Love, Scott Levenson, and others detailing the line-by-line submitted to the NYC Board of Elections getting Phil Marius thrown off the ballot. Councilmember Hanks knew all about the operation because she, Love, and Levenson agreed to it and directed it.

• Corporate information for KPH Consulting, Inc., owned by Hanks and Love.

• Spoliation Letters were sent to potential witnesses, including Former State Senator Diane Savino, Attorney Howard Graubard, Campaign Treasurer Lok Yung, Consultant Michael Cox, and Consultant Scott Levenson of The Advance Group.

• NYC Campaign Finance Board Sanctions Scott Levenson and The Advance Group.

• Nadia Hanks graduation picture. Luthmann was begged to get Nadia Hanks to walk at graduation. He got the job done but was never paid. Kevin Barry Love is lying to anyone who will listen, saying Luthmann, the Hanks family lawyer, was paid. The records show the payment was from his business account and paid on a totally different case, implicating either non-payment or tax fraud.
