President Donald J. Trump promised to drain the swamp—and now he’s delivering. With the help of tech visionary Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the largest external audit in U.S. history is underway.
By every measure, the first two weeks of DOGE, which focused mainly on shuttering the corrupt and bloated United States Agency for International Development (USAID), are a resounding victory for the American people.
But as the truth about government waste, fraud, and abuse comes to light, the corrupt establishment is not just scrambling to stop it.
The radical left Democrats are calling their legal disruptions “victories.”
In just weeks, Musk and his team have uncovered a staggering $50 billion in fraudulent government payments. Much of the money—funneled through the Treasury Department—was being sent to individuals without valid Social Security numbers, shell companies, and even suspected terrorist fronts.
“This is utterly insane and must be addressed immediately,” Musk declared. “The American taxpayer is being robbed blind.”
Yet the forces opposed to President Trump’s agenda of honesty and transparency in government have attacked Musk’s audit.
The worst interlopers have coalesced around New York Attorney General Letitia James, their “Antagonist in Chief.”
James is notorious for continually vowing to frustrate President Trump and his America First agenda at every turn.
Having spent years weaponizing the legal system against President Trump, James and her cronies search for activist judges to delay the Make America Great Again agenda.
Last Friday, the radical democrats hit paydirt with Barack Hussein Obama appointee Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, who signed an emergency order temporarily restraining DOGE from access to U.S. Treasury records.
Judge Engelmayer claims Musk’s access to financial records is a “threat to privacy,”based partly on Musk’s previous statements in the press and on social media.
THE SWAMP FIGHTS BACK: RADICAL JUDGE BLOCKS DOGE AUDIT
DOGE’s USAID findings sent shockwaves through Washington.
Corrupt Democrats and activist judges are desperate to block Musk’s investigation and audit into waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption with the American people’s tax dollars.
On Friday, the radical Dems found one of their own activist judges to temporarily halt DOGE’s work on behalf of the American people.
Judge Engelmayer issued the emergency restraining order blocking DOGE from accessing Treasury Department records. James and 18 other Democratic state attorneys general spearheaded the lawsuit.
It was more of Letitia James’ political theater staged as the law we have grown accustomed to in the Age of LawFare.
Musk was furious. “A corrupt judge protecting corruption,” Musk wrote in a fiery social media post. “He needs to be impeached NOW!”
Musk didn’t hold back. He called the ruling a “judicial coup” and suggested that corrupt federal judges blocking the investigation should be impeached.
“This ruling is absolutely insane!” Musk fumed. “How on Earth are we supposed to stop fraud and waste of taxpayer money without looking at how money is spent? That’s literally impossible!”
Even Republican lawmakers joined the calls for action. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) called it a ‘judicial coup,’ while Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) announced plans for emergency legislation to restore DOGE’s access.
TRUMP STRIPS LETITIA JAMES’ SECURITY CLEARANCE
President Trump took swift action in response to James’ attempt to derail the audit. On Saturday, the President ordered Letitia James' security clearance revoked, effectively limiting her access to classified government information.
“This woman has spent her entire career on a personal vendetta against me,” President Trump said. “She’s not about justice—she’s about power. And now, she’s trying to cover up the biggest fraud in American history.”
President Trump appears to be right about Letitia James’ political and personal vendetta against him and the entire Make America Great Again movement.
The media and social media record, the same fact set Judge Engelmayer used to halt DOGE’s work at the U.S. Treasury temporarily, paint a damning picture of Letitia James as a partisan political hack. She uses her elected office to frustrate President Trump and the America First agenda every chance she gets.
Despite the legal challenges, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent supports Musk and DOGE.
He confirmed that the Treasury Department estimates fraudulent government payments cost over $100 billion annually.
One of the most shocking findings was that payments were being made to entities flagged on the Treasury’s Do-Not-Pay list—organizations linked to criminal activity and even terrorism.
“It’s outrageous,” Bessent said. “This corruption has been allowed to continue unchecked for decades, but under President Trump, that ends now.”
THE SWAMP IS SHAKING—BUT AMERICA IS WINNING
With the U.S. Treasury audit temporarily blocked, DOGE remains tasked to fight government abuse. Musk has made it clear that he’s not backing down.
“Washington is fighting like hell to stop us,” Musk said. “Which tells you all you need to know. The corruption runs deep, but we’re not stopping.”
President Trump has already tasked DOGE with investigating spending at the Departments of Education and Defense, two of Washington's biggest bureaucracies.
If Musk’s team is allowed to continue its work, experts believe it could uncover over $2 trillion in waste.
Despite the resistance, the New American Golden Age is unfolding. President Trump, Musk, and the DOGE team are taking on the biggest fraud in history—and the establishment is terrified.
“The American people deserve answers,” President Trump said. “We’re going to show them exactly where their tax dollars have been going. And then, we’re going to cut the waste and Make America Great Again.”
The battle is far from over, but one thing is clear: the days of unchecked government fraud are coming to an end.
As President Trump leads the charge to drain the swamp, Musk and DOGE are exposing the corruption that has plagued Washington for decades. The war on government waste has begun—and the American people are finally winning.
