FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Richard Luthmann has filed an extensive legal complaint in New York County Supreme Court (New York, New York) against several individuals, alleging a wide range of wrongdoing, including lies, crimes, and cover-ups. The case revolves around debts, crimes, and the evasion of valid debts. Mr. Luthmann emphasizes that this case is not just about money but also involves taxpayers' money, with the potential for taxpayers to bear the burden if past debts aren't collectible.
Mr. Luthmann, a former attorney and investigative journalist, has faced a controversial past, including unjust imprisonment, prison abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder. He sought to collect debts owed to him and start a career in journalism but claims that the defendants have hindered his efforts.
Notably, Kevin Barry Love, acting on behalf of his “wife,” NYC Councilmember Kamillah Hanks, allegedly made menacing threats to Luthmann's collections attorneys, causing them to drop his cases.
Luthmann also mentions other defendants who have allegedly perpetrated lies, threats, and government misuse.
The case includes allegations against special prosecutor Eric Nelson and New York State Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina Jr., accusing them of perjury, criminal activity, and the unauthorized practice of law.
Mr. Luthmann's legal action extends to Christopher Ambrose, who he claims lied to federal agents and interfered with his journalism efforts because of Mr. Luthmann's accurate but unflattering reporting that Ambrose is a clinically diagnosed psychopath with a history of dangerousness who sexually molests his children, and yet the Connecticut Family Court defends its decision to award him full custody.
Lawsuits are also filed against individuals with unpaid legal bills and unnamed co-conspirators, hinting at broader corruption.
