(This was because Mom was disinheriting my brother, after he threw our mom in JAIL for scratching his arm! Mom changed the locks, and told the little bastard she never wanted to see him again!) The so-called psychologists never even saw Mom face-to-face, they just ZOOMED her real fast, into a guardianship. It took 3 years to get the damn thing reversed! In that time, this anti-Semite NAZI Ross, cleaned out our accounts--to the tune of $365,000.00! This is money my father and Grandpa worked all their lives for! Dad rode Academy into Manhattan through all kinds of snowy weather, and my grandpa was a train conductor for New York's T.A.! I was warned all through childhood to avoid the Germans, because they want us all dead--this came from Uncle Ruby, and he was a bombardier for the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II. First, this piece of garbage came into our home waving his court order, and said to me, "That won't happen so long as you behave yourself." (When I told him we were afraid of being put onto cattle cars!) THEN, he froze all of our bank accounts, all our assets! Then, he withdrew $141,000.00 from our UBS account--and $40,000.00 of it was MY MONEY, out of a joint account I had with Mom, WITH MY NAME ON IT! The Monmouth County Prosecutor just REFUSED to file criminal charges against this creep! AND, since March 2023 (when we had the guardianship terminated) I CAN'T EVEN FIND A LAWYER TO SUE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE TO GET MY STOLEN MONEY BACK! WARNING: If you leave your wife well-off, make damned certain that the state never finds out! The court will put your widow under a "guardianship" whether she's suffering from dementia or NOT--and then steal EVERYTHING you ever worked for all your LIFE! The court will claim that it was spent for the widow's "care," but it's all bullshit. $61,000.00 alone went to a Geriatric Care Management company, that was supposed to manage my mother's doctor's appointments--as if I couldn't drive her myself! This company, Senior Care Options, doesn't even have a registered NURSE in it's employ--we were LIED TO about this Debra woman--she's NO NURSE, just a damned SOCIAL WORKER! There's ANOTHER Debra Sutton who IS an R.N. in this state, but it's NOT THIS WOMAN! Mom was in AGONY for weeks, from two abscessed teeth! A check of our dentist reveals Senior Care Options hadn't bothered to take her to the dentist for THREE YEARS! If it wasn't the courts doing this, law enforcement would call it FRAUD!
