'TWO DAYS BEFORE JAIL': Protective Mother Ria Aichour Speaks

Ria Aichour fears the Hudson County, New Jersey Courts will send her to jail for exposing a child trafficking ring and abuse of her daughter M.C.

By Richard Luthmann

New Jersey mother Ria Aichour alleges that her daughter, M.C., has been subjected to severe abuse at the hands of her ex-husband, Jimmy Cerveaux. Despite multiple reports and professional evaluations supporting these claims, the Hudson County Family Court has placed M.C. in Cerveaux's custody.

She started a Change.org Petition: Justice for M.C. to raise awareness.

Now, Ria Aichour fears that the Hudson County courts are preparing to send her to jail for exposing what she believes to be a globalist child trafficking ring.

Aichour alleges that her daughter, M.C., has been a victim of severe sexual and physical abuse at the hands of her father, Jimmy Cerveaux, his father, and their associates for over 18 months. She claims the New Jersey family court system has not only ignored the evidence but actively covered up the abuse.

"My daughter has been incredibly brave," said Aichour in a recent statement. "For 18 months, she's begged countless adults to help and protect her. But the family court failed her. Despite a mountain of evidence and witnesses, they took everything from me—my money, my child—and in 48 hours, they will likely take my freedom too."

Aichour's concerns are echoed by experts like forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, who has described the court's ruling as "dangerous," citing Cerveaux's alleged history of abuse.

Over the past 18 months, M.C. has reportedly disclosed the abuse to numerous individuals, including teachers and doctors. Yet, the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) has consistently deemed the allegations "unfounded."

Aichour expressed her desperation:

"Hi, my name is Ria. I'm a protective mom from New Jersey. My daughter, M.C., has been a victim of severe abuse since the age of three. She is very brave; for 18 months, she's begged countless adults to help and protect her. The New Jersey Family Court failed to keep her safe. Despite a mountain of evidence and witnesses, they took everything from me, my money, my child, and in 48 hours they will also most likely take my freedom. You can read more about my case in the article below. Will you please help me achieve the impossible and go viral in the next two days? If I get massive support, M.C. and I will have a chance at justice. Please stand with me against child abuse. Please sign and share the petition 'Justice for M.C.' with everyone you know. Thank you." (Change.org Petition: Justice for M.C.)

Advocacy groups highlight that cases like Aichour's are not isolated incidents, pointing to systemic issues within family courts that often prioritize financial considerations over child welfare. The Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts notes that such patterns are indicative of a larger problem where children's voices are silenced, and protective parents are penalized.

As Aichour's legal battles continue, she remains determined to expose the alleged corruption and seek justice for her daughter. She urges the public to support her cause by signing the "Justice for M.C." petition and raising awareness about the case.
