Frank Parlato of the Frank Report (www.frankreport.com) provides a continuing exposé on Castorina’s perjury and the subornation of the same by incompetent Special Staten Island District Attorney Eric Nelson.
Now, Castorina faces a complaint and investigation by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct based on perjury in his sworn August 2018 testimony, collusion with Eric Nelson and others, and other violations and crimes.
The Complaint was filed by Richard Luthmann, who was the victim of Castorina and Nelson’s collusion to produce a defective indictment through a grand jury process larded with lies, fraud, perjury, collusion, and other crimes and violations.
What is the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct?
The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct receives and reviews written complaints of misconduct against judges of the state Unified Court System, which includes State, County, Municipal, Town, and Village Courts.
The types of complaints that may be investigated by the Commission include improper demeanor, conflicts of interest, intoxication, bias, prejudice, favoritism, corruption, prohibited business or political activity, serious financial and records mismanagement, and other misconduct on or off the bench. Physical or mental disability may also be investigated.
Investigation of a complaint may entail such measures as interviewing witnesses, analyzing documents, and getting the judge’s response to the allegations. If the allegations appear to have merit, the Commission may direct that formal charges are served against the judge, and a formal hearing is held.
After a formal hearing, the Commission may determine that the judge should be publicly admonished or censured, removed from office, or, in a case of disability, retired. Determinations to admonish, censure, remove, or retire a judge are subject to review by the Court of Appeals, New York State’s highest court.
PLAY JUDGE CASTORINA BINGO!
What will the Commission do? No one can be sure.
But you can play along at home with your very own JUDGE CASTORINA BINGO CARD:
What Other Exposure Does Judge Ron Have?
Luthmann, now a disbarred lawyer and a former prisoner, now on probation, recently filed a 264 page motion in New York State Supreme Court calling on Justice Marina C. Mundy, who sentenced him in the Facebook case, to throw out the case against him.
Luthmann served three years for the offense.
The Court will hear Luthmann’s motion on February 28.
Luthmann also called for Justice Mundy to refer attorney Nelson to the Attorney Grievance Committee. Luthmann alleges Nelson encouraged Castorina to commit perjury in the 2018 grand jury proceeding, resulting in Luthmann’s indictment.
Luthmann also asked Justice Mundy to refer Castorina’s potential perjury to New York State Attorney General Letitia James for criminal charges.
Come February 28, what will Justice Mundy do?
NOVEMBER IS COMING
November is Coming. Who will survive? Will Judge Ron throw a bigger fish under the bus? But who’s a bigger fish than an NYS Supreme Court Justice?
Keep Smiling.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Is there more? Of course, there is more.
Remember, Mr. Luthmann is now a LAW ABIDING CITIZEN. He is also a writer, commentator, satirist, investigative journalist, and a proud member of the National Writers Union.
There will be many more Enemies to receive their comeuppance. What new Enemies will show their faces and then be shown the Luthmann Inquisition followed by the legal and political Death Chamber? Which members of the Swamp should be worried? What other persons may become collateral damage in this story? And who exactly is on “THE LIST” Luthmann spent the past four years making?
Stay tuned—much more to come.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. We can shine a light on Pirates and Scallywags, and watch the cockroaches scurry in every direction. Also, drop me a line if you are a victim of The Swamp of corrupt politicians, lawyers, judges, or corrupt courts. We are especially looking for stories about the Staten Island Swamp. Corrupt lawyers, judges, and government officials are all within bounds. Let us know.

The news media is a critical check on the powerful, serving as a watchdog to hold elected officials and other public figures accountable for their actions. The media was first called the fourth estate in 1821 by Edmund Burke, who wanted to point out the power of the press. The press plays a crucial role in providing citizens with access to information about what is happening in government, as well as shining a light on corruption, abuse of power, and other forms of wrongdoing.
