You have hit this spot on. The only thing missing is the conflict of interest and structural incentive to judges to prolong litigation.

Yup. The good old AFCC. I had an AFCC gal. No option. She forced a AFCC psychologist. They were in business prior from the Connecticut divorce collaborative. Well oiled machine. As long as you keep paying. These people have the racket down to a science.

The lists of same at the end, they seem to be associated with discrediting psychological manipulation that results in either parent losing their children. Is the organization fighting to stop that or is it simply on the side that dads cause the problems?
