Christmas should be a joyous time, but Wall Street whistleblower David Weigel is bracing for another holiday nightmare. This time, an alleged false report orchestrated by his ex-wife, Georgie Dimasin, and her attorney, Daniel Nottes, threatens to disrupt his first Christmas with his children in five years.
“This is the sixth time my ex-wife has chosen Christmas to make these outrageous claims,” Weigel said in a video posted online. “It’s a pattern—pure desperation and retaliation because I’ve exposed their corrupt playbook.”
A Holiday Nightmare
The latest alleged plot peaked on December 20, 2024, just days before Christmas. Weigel recounted how he discovered his ex-wife’s plans to have him arrested during a family gathering.
“Imagine being taken away in front of 14 family members and 10 kids, ages six to nine,” he said. “This is the kind of sick, calculated chaos Nottes thrives on.”
Weigel, who has been documenting systemic corruption in New York’s family courts for nearly two years, believes his whistleblowing has made him a target.
“I’ve been contacted by lawyers, cops, and insiders who confirm what I’m exposing,” Weigel said. “This isn’t just about me. It’s about dismantling a system built on fraud.”
The Silver Bullet Strategy
Dimasin and Nottes allegedly employed a “Christmas Silver Bullet,” a tactic designed to weaponize the legal system through false criminal allegations. According to Weigel, the timing is no coincidence.
“Right on cue,” Weigel explained, “this happens as two federal RICO cases move forward, uncovering the fraudulent business model propping up New York’s corrupt family courts.”
The “Silver Bullet” strategy, a term coined in family law, refers to the calculated use of false allegations—most commonly domestic violence—to gain a strategic advantage in divorce or custody battles. The allegations are often timed to coincide with key moments, such as holidays or court proceedings, to maximize emotional and logistical damage.
For example, Dimasin’s alleged pattern of initiating false accusations during Christmas highlights the psychological warfare embedded in this tactic.
The hallmark of the “Silver Bullet” is its reliance on the legal system’s predisposition to act swiftly on claims of abuse, often without requiring substantial evidence.
Attorney Melissa Isaac explained in an interview, “The system incentivizes these claims because they give one party immediate control of children, assets, and housing.”
Courts frequently issue Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) based solely on accusations, effectively sidelining the accused and granting the accuser significant leverage. Here, Dimasin and Nottes are seeking Weigel’s baseless arrest using a criminal complaint.
“They want me in Riker’s Island eating a bologna sandwich on Christmas, praying that I don’t get shanked to death. These are sick people,” Weigel said.
Nottes, described by Weigel as a “designer child trafficker” and “shyster attorney,” has been accused of exploiting this tactic to manipulate outcomes for financial gain.
“He’s not a lawyer; he’s a mercenary for hire, willing to destroy families for his own gain,” Weigel stated bluntly.
The Financial Incentives Behind the Strategy
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) plays a significant role in perpetuating the misuse of domestic violence claims. The federal law provides financial incentives to states for handling domestic violence cases, effectively creating an industry around these accusations. Weigel spoke about the corrupt business model on a recent episode of The Unknown Podcast with journalists Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe.
Attorney Isaac echoes Weigel’s point about “Follow the Money.”
“The system financially incentivizes the states to slap labels on people as domestic abusers,” Isaac explained. “It’s a constitutional violation that turns domestic violence into a tool rather than a genuine protective measure.”
Women who make such claims often receive free legal representation, housing, and financial support, even without providing evidence.
“You can be labeled a battered woman with no medical records, no police reports, not even a bruise. It’s just listen and believe,” Isaac noted.
A Sociopath’s Pattern Weaponizing the Holidays
Georgie Dimasin, Weigel’s ex-wife, has become infamous for her apparent annual Christmas crusades.
“She’s tried this six times now, always around Christmas,” he said. “It’s a calculated move to disrupt my family and ruin our holidays.”
Weigel believes Nottes is complicit in this scheme, orchestrating the timing to coincide with his ongoing development of Family Court Fraud Warrior (familycourtfraudwarrior.com) and the pending civil RICO cases.
“They know what they’re doing. This is psychological warfare,” he added.
The strategy extends beyond the courtroom, impacting every aspect of the accused’s life.
“They aim to destabilize you emotionally and financially,” Weigel said. “It’s about control and breaking your will to fight back.”
Once a rising star in the finance world, Dimasin’s reputation has deteriorated during her prolonged divorce battle.
“She’s over the hill, a liability to Wall Street,” one financial insider with knowledge of the case commented. “She has no goodwill, marketable skills, or trust left, and her desperation shows. Her gullible reliance on Nottes exposes her imbalance and sociopathy. He’s lashing out because he knows he’s losing, and she’s co-signing the entire thing.”
Dimasin’s behavior reportedly stems from her alleged inability to secure financial or emotional stability post-divorce.
“Her narcissistic tendencies and vindictiveness are painfully obvious,” Weigel added. “She’s trying to ruin my life because she has no options left.”
Systemic Corruption Exposed
Weigel’s efforts to expose corruption have drawn significant attention—his allegations center on family court professionals who profit from prolonged custody battles.
“The system is designed to bankrupt parents and traumatize children,” Weigel explained. “It’s a well-oiled machine where judges, attorneys, and court-appointed experts work together to siphon money from families.”.
Among Weigel’s most explosive claims is that Nottes and his allies manipulate the court system to engineer false outcomes.
“Nottes and his ilk are not just unethical—they’re criminal,” Weigel declared. “They’ve turned family court into a for-profit industry, with children as collateral damage.”
Resilience Amid Retaliation
Despite the relentless attacks, Weigel remains undeterred. “They want to silence me, but I won’t stop fighting,” he said. “Every dirty trick they pull only proves the system’s rot.”
Weigel emphasized that his battle extends beyond his personal ordeal.
“This isn’t just my fight. It’s for every parent and child victimized by this system,” he asserted. “They want me to spend Christmas in Rikers, but I’ll spend it knowing the truth is coming out.”

The Road Ahead
As Weigel braces for what he calls the “inevitable” holiday ambush, his resolve remains steadfast.
“The jig is up. The news is out,” he said. “People are waking up to the corruption, and no amount of Christmas chaos will stop that.”
For Weigel, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
“They can try to break me, but I’ll keep exposing the truth,” he said. “Nottes and Dimasin’s desperate ploys only highlight their guilt. Justice will prevail.”
The allegations against Nottes and Dimasin spotlight the systemic failures of New York’s family courts.
“This isn’t just a legal battle—it’s a moral one,” Weigel concluded. “Families deserve better, and I won’t rest until they get it.”
