It’s difficult to fathom how vast the corruption is but innocent parents are being targeted, locked out of lifelong financial accounts, have had all their belongings stolen, and have had their children “taken” by judicial discretion with no evidence or even claims of abuse or unfitness by dcf/cps.

I myself have witnessed it firsthand with my daughter, they drain your bank account they drag your case out.. hearings, case, management conferences, etc. etc. the more money you have the more money they get in their coffers, between attorneys- supervised visitation -ordered psych exams... The list goes on and on. Then one parent is left to either quit give up on the kid, or become pro se, and then the real fun begins for them. I signed up for a class on ethics through the NJ Bar Association. I spoke to the person who was conducting the class on ethics on recusal of judges, his words to me.” don’t poke the bear.” that’s what they’re told no matter what the judge does no matter how unethical his rulings are or hers -don’t poke the bear?! It’s a playbook. Whenever I speak with a victim, I often know what they will tell me next. It involves attorneys (even yours- that’s right!), the judge(s), clerk, they contaminate the record, do anything and everything to shut you up. From stalking you, abusing you on court. How can someone have a medical emergency and wind up in the emergency room and be summoned back to court “or else”. Because they can- thats how. And that’s why it needs to stop. They will beat you down- Legal Abuse Syndrome. Like a pack of rabid wolves. Stand up in truth and tell your story.
Title iv-d was never intended for a two parent family. It was enacted in 1935 when women hadn't entered the workforce. The reimbursement funding for enforcement has gone from hiring a Pinkerton agent on horseback to submitting an income withholding order for garnishment and the modern parenting plan is the court creating the abandonment of children against the wishes of the children and their leftover parent. I have a contract with financial incentives included between the county and single state agency outlining the creation of dedicated dockets for the mass enrollment in the child support system.
After 150 cumulative years in one family I wish to point out the #1 driving underbelly to all of the family court debauchery smoking gun in each state and every judicial district is Federal Grant Law top down incentives in $billions/yr, Look to this highly protected hub 🛞 feeding the sacrificial and EZ replaceable spokes and tire that turns near every family court actor directly or indirectly into a broker...yep even the one posing in black robe.

They either adopt them out or keep them in foster care. They lie. If you have no money, instead of draining your bank account, they just put you through a bunch of things to do and lie to say that you didn't do it. They make other lies too while fabricating evidence. They don't say anything good about you. They pretend to be your friends then turn against you. If you appeal, or try to win, they retaliate against you. If you tick them off enough, they do more evil things. People do commit suicide and use drugs because of the family courts. It's all a fixed 3-Act-Play before u even enter a court - the scam is already set by all these players for every citizen to get destroyed in. Besides the $, assets, fees, kids, inheritances, etc they steal - split up, they LOVE the unbridled brat Gang Power Trio of watching citizens squirm, fight, cry & burn in this cesspool they can never swim in. I went thru this in a Landmark case all the way to FBI RICO - they are protected by the system all the way up & down. If u fight them, they universally destroy ur life, reputation, $, business, social, etc - they work together to threaten everyone in ur life to drop, abuse, setup, fire & remove u. Every expert, witness, evaluator, appraiser, etc u engage will be threatened off. They function on "threats."

Family Court in Nassau County on Long Island ROUTINELY gives children to the SAME SPONSORS with no checking WHATSOEVER as to what they are doing with the children….NO OVERSIGHT WHATSOEVER…..DESPICABLE
Friend ended up going bankrupt trying to protect vulnerable child from attorney spouse w/lots of money who kept charging protecting spouse with “interfering” with the attorney’s relationship.
I hope that children are being helped,irrespective of which parent is in the law. In this case, the attorney parent has got their way until (maybe) now. Every time child said “THIS TIME THEY HAVE TO BELIEVE ME,” court representative ended up ruling in favor of attorney spouse, found some way to blame non-legal spouse. You have to have enough money 💰 to pay an attorney, and keep paying an attorney.
Like we are seeing w/this regime, violence isn’t always physical.
I’ve been through this with the Ventura county court with judge Kellegrew. I almost went to jail because I didn’t pay a $6000 bill in the definition of the word “immediate”. And no, I have no criminal background, nor was I abusing my child or anything like that. He drove through my family like a freight train, and the damage that my daughter suffered is still something she deals with today.
