Georgia Representative Nancy Shaefer exposed the money and child trafficking behind CPS a long time ago. Before her documentary came out, she and her husband were murdered. This needs to be a nonpartisan issue. The problem is Family Courts themselves, which must be abolished.
This is accurate. Law Firms have the Family Court system in their pocket. It's a huge money grab. The judges are non-responsive to material evidence against your spouse because their paid by the firms. They are paid to look the other way. they have endless avenues of saying "I'm not the judge for that" or "were not here for that today" or some legal loophole that they can use to not hear the case or use your evidence. I was pro se and went against an attorney in the final hearing. The judge had to take a mysterious 70-day advisement to rule against me because she knew i beat the attorney and couldn't rule that day because the evidence was too strong. It shouldn't take 70 days to beat a pro se, who doesn't know the law, the rules or the motions or the civil procedures. I motioned for a finding of facts 2 days later, never produced. I motioned for a new trial; it was never heard. I filed a motion to reconsider after i paid for the transcripts that proved my ex lied in court, the judge's assistant is supposed to email you with a schedule to hear your motion, they never respond back. The way the judges and their assistants and the court staff are GATEKEEPING is a dead giveaway that it's a fraudulent system.
This is exactly what me and my children have been going through referring to the corruption and abuse of power by judges here in Texas , but mine is a little unique compared to most custody battles. This has been going on since 2020 when my divorce from my 2nd husband and I have been fighting this corrupt system with no help whatsoever from law enforcement, judges, all lawyers won't even speak with me here about it, and legal aid refuses me every single time. I've reached out to many legal attorneys, have written our Governor Greg Abbott 5 times to let him know what's happening , and I have also reached out to individuals on every social media platform but still , not one of them would hear me out at all and the lawyers that claim to help individuals on YouTube, etc., I would actually get an interview but the next day they would cancel for no reason whatsoever. The corruptiveness runs so deep and has been going on for so long now , no one who could actually help me fight this would stand by my side due to their reputation , their job, maybe even who they answer to as well. I don't know but I have so much detailed information and like I said , my 2 custody battles are way different than all the rest and I had to fight for my children in two separate battles who were split apart and haven't seen eachother since 2020 unfortunately....so, I'm reaching out desperately to spread awareness and expose the system for what kind of monstrosity it is so that at least one other person and their family doesn't have to go through the manipulative, horrendous nightmare my innocent , beautiful daughters had and still are enduring each and every single day not understanding why their one and only mother isn't with them and thinking they are to blame and that's so twisted and makes me sick to even fathom adults intentionally harming families and taking advantage of children to exploit and traffick just to for money.....I will fight til the day I'm not on this earth anymore for these families especially these innocent children .....it's heartbreaking and a crime alot hate to become even aware of . But , this needs to be stopped because day after day, it's getting worse and it's a criminal offense and these government employees should have to pay the consequences of their crimes against innocent children ......if anyone would like to know more or needs someone to even just hear them out about any of this, I'm here always .. .let me know and I will try to help in every possible way and remember, YOURE NOT ALONE IN THIS....
I agree that the family courts are destructive and should be abolished. However, when you say a man got custody "despite allegations of abuse" you become part of the problem. Just because someone is accused of abuse doesn't make it true. That is why there is a judge. However, too often women (typically) make false allegations of abuse, and this creates much of the problem. And when judges put these people in their place, they have someone like you to support them. Divorce should be a simple and automatic process. No one should have to be fighting to get out of a bad marriage. No one should be getting alimony. Custody should be 50-50 except for unusual circumstances. Equitable distribution is a given. Child support should be calculated based on actual time with the child and actual needs. False allegations should be treated as crimes. Abuse already is a crime.
Your comment about women making false allegations needs to be removed. How many abusive men claim parental alienation to effectively ask the court to alienate the other parent until the children accept the abuser? The system itself is adversarial and is used as a form of post separation abuse. Every time we focus on sex and gender, the focus is taken away from the children who do not have constitutional rights and away from corrupt officials in a Court that should most definitely be abolished.
The incident of women incarcerated has increased 95 percent over the last several decades. Because attorneys like Mr . Farrell believe that is more important to put them there. Women are having to learn to be their own lawyers. Work in groups putting the scumbag attorneys out of business. Zealous representation doesn't exist. A man who gets incarcerated is a victim. A woman who gets tossed in jail is a lonatic. Mary Ann was tossed in jail and labeled a child abuser. Cleared eventually of charges. David Wegal is arrested several times and pissed off about child support. He never had his children taken completely away from him. Yet the mother in New Jersey will never see hers again.
Your anger is the correct response. I represented myself because I had to, but that was not enough to battle 4 judges, 2 investigators, and 3 attorneys alone as the lifelong sole caretaking provider of my now 10 year old daughter. We were displaced and won on jurisdiction by involving another Court in another state. There was never any evidence of the father's original claim. They wanted to physically possess my daughter. Elites are sex trafficking children, so they have to get their mothers in jail, and you know what happens there - women get raped by men with impunity. They want every last bit of us like we are not divine.
I will never be compensated, and I will never return to CA. I can write. We can tear this system down - 2025.
