custody case in New Jersey I am outraged, this case has faced significant delays and unexpected changes in judges. The latest twist involves Judge farber who took over the case from Judge Carolina without explanation. This sudden shift has raised questions about the fairness of the proceedings.

The case has been ongoing for nearly three years, and now, with a trial set in just five weeks, concerns are mounting. The pro se litigant, representing herself, is expected to gather her witnesses and travel from Florida to Nj for the trial.? Wow! Many are questioning how a single individual can manage such a complex situation, especially with the financial burden of hiring a trial lawyer estimated at $20,000. What law firm would touch this complex litigation that’s politically driven with a 10 foot pole a pro se litigant who’s been advocating for her child now they want trial.?!

Critics argue that the court's actions resemble a "kangaroo court," suggesting that the system is rigged against the litigant. They claim this is not about justice but rather about protecting political interests. The well-being of children involved in the case is at stake, and many are calling for a reevaluation of the process.

As the situation unfolds, the community is left wondering how the judicial system can prioritize political agendas over the welfare of vulnerable children.

I am now questioning if “they” were suppressing evidence from Judge Farber that Cristin gave to the courts last year. She kept saying that the courts already have this. Or, is this another tactic that the court uses to drag out these divorce/family court cases?

No Fairness in Morris County Court Proceedings

Morris County are expressing outrage over recent court decisions that they believe lack fairness and due process. A parent has voiced strong concerns regarding a case involving a private loan and a pool built three years prior to going to court? The individual claims that the court did not request any documentation related to the pool, leading to accusations of a "kangaroo court."

The situation escalated when Judge Bogaard was asked to recuse himself from the case. Critics argue that the judge's actions appear retaliatory, suggesting that the court is prioritizing its interests over the welfare of a child involved in the proceedings. Many community members feel that the judicial system is being manipulated to protect political interests rather than serving justice.

This controversy has sparked discussions about the integrity of the legal system in Morris County. Advocates for fair treatment are calling for transparency and accountability within the court to ensure that the best interests of children are prioritized. As the situation develops, people, remain vigilant, hoping for a resolution that upholds justice and fairness.

I had to drive over an hour to judge Farber for the hundredth mediation....after going through this divorce for 4 years getting rwo orders to enforce litigan's rights various other orders from six different judge I come up against judge Bogaard... Denies all the other orders or enforcement says I might owe my husband money my husband had me and his kids evicted got a false divorce and marriage in another state and attempted to take all the retirement filed a motion for a trial but then we got into judge Bogaard.. he ignored voicemails videos text and emails physical and mental abuse for prolonged amount of time my husband was even threatening me during the court process and it was allowed. I was so prepared he shut me down didn't allow me to plead my case and actually pleaded my husband's case for him when I objected with lost statutes and evidence I was very organized if I could have afforded a lawyer I would be able to if my husband followed the court orders which he doesn't have to for some reason and he doesn't have to pay any of the court ordered support if he doesn't want to... but I worked very very hard my brief was good for pro se and I was completely organized he started what was supposed to be our trial by apologizing to my husband for calling him at home regarding fraudulent divorce and marriage he said he thought about accusing himself and when I agreed for this and two other reasons he said he would think about it he came back from his break and order a fitness exam stating that I couldn't represent myself and my children after 4 years seriously I'm waiting for orders I filed an order to recuse order to stay in order to vacate order for reassignment just waiting very scared I just want some peace

Pro se pleadings are to be considered without regard to technicality; pro se litigants' pleadings are not to be held to the same high standards of perfection as lawyers.

Maty v. Grasselli Chemical Co., 303 U.S. 197 (1938)

"Pleadings are intended to serve as a means of arriving at fair and just settlements of controversies between litigants. They should not raise barriers which prevent the achievement of that end. Proper pleading is important, but its importance consists in its effectiveness as a means to accomplish the end of a just judgment."
