Ever since the 1990 Judicial Imp. Act. They have been targeting families as low hanging fruit. It’s a criminal ADR underworld, they squeeze the parents dry, using the kids as bait. It’s unethical. They seal records. Keep parents silent. Time to rise up and force change with class action. Connect with others similarly situated and file a class action.

It’s more than all this… Title 4D lines the coffers of state treasuries and there’s recourse but who will fight it. 28USC 144 Bias of a judge is a federal crime. Judges are biased if, as agents of the state covers by the 11th amendment, they act in their own self interest taking litigants money. It causes families to go into ruin and the crime which is largely untold is that against the children. Because that is the biggest scam of all. The victims learn of their perpetrator 30 years into the future when they can’t have a successful family life because of the trauma these judges inflict. In Stump v Sparkman (1978)Justice Potter Stewart said Judges are not allowed to inflict damage like loose canons and that if there is aura of deity around these courts then the threat of lawsuits can only serve the people the courts are meant to represent…

It was never burning of the witches, it was burning of the women. Same shit different century. We have no rights, not in family court where we still get burned/ punished for trying to protect our children, with the worst possible outcome: loosing our children to our/their abuser.

I agree with this article 💯

I personally have spent well over 250k trying to protect my child from the man he claims sexually abused him. Family court refused to even consider the forensic evidence of abuse, and instead when by our court "professional" person opinion only, saying i was delusional without talking to me/assessing me/ interviewing me/ reviewing our case/ not once ever speaking to my child. This was also before she even had credentials to diagnose. The court ignored a county sheriff psychologist forensic evaluation of me and psychiatrist assessment and evaluation of me: who both said nothing was psychologically wrong with me, and countered all these claims proving i am not delusional, that I had reasonable concerns, the only thing later found after they dragged the case on for 2 years was the legal abuse syndrome that was caused by family court. Family court judges are not that ignorant: they are that corrupt.

Thank you for covering this ❤️🙏🏻

What they are doing to our babies is criminal! I’m so happy for the real hero’s (advocates) for exposing this crisis. Wonderful fathers and mothers are being terrorized it’s inhumane!

While I agree with much of this article, especially how the system profits from prolonged conflict, there’s one part that misses the mark. It suggests women are being unfairly punished for “alienation,” as if it’s just a vague accusation used to gain leverage. But in our experience, alienation is very real. We’ve seen it up close, slow, intentional, and deeply damaging. And not enough is being done about it.

We never wanted to be caught up in this system. This isn’t something we chose, it’s something we were forced into just to protect our children and preserve our relationships with them. We’ve watched one parent manipulate and mislead, while the court stands by or worse, feeds the dysfunction by delaying decisions or dismissing concerns.

We’re middle class. We’ve done everything we’re supposed to do. And yet we’re living paycheck to paycheck because of endless court costs and legal battles that should have been resolved long ago.

This isn’t just a broken system. It’s one that rewards conflict, punishes stability, and drains families of their time, resources, and emotional health. Real reform needs to start with acknowledging the damage, not just shifting the blame.

This article echos and validates everything good parents esp. mothers have been saying all along but were GASLIT into believing was just a figment of their imagination. The judges don't just think they are Kings. They think they are God. The only way I see them being forced out of this dangerous DELUSION is through a DELUGE of civil rights violation lawsuits filed against them in federal courts - that, or we can just sit and pray all our lives that someone in a position of power gets so pissed off with them someday that it brings their entire house of cards crashing down!
