Wait a minute. There’s an argument to be made regarding GALs, PREs, CSIs etc all of which were thrown out by the Supreme Court last summer when they overturned the Chevron doctrine. The Judges are clearly misusing judicial discretion. Judicial discretion is only legal when it doesn’t conflict with the Constitution. That’s Supreme Court case law too. A judges acts are only judicial within their judicial capacity or activities normally performed by a judge such as defending the us constitution. It’s in judicial canon and their oath of office. The courts need to be held accountable. They are NOT above the law…another thing if they are trying to frame you or trying to get you, that’s a 6th amendment violation. Together they were on the board of an illegal AFCC business being run through the CT judicial courthouse. She was The whistleblower in her in laws very large estate after her husband died at 42, she had his body on a hold for an autopsy and he was cremated.
