I Need Your Help

I made some serious miscues this past year, and I’m straightening things out.

I need to increase my paid subscribers (it’s @2.50%)

To that end, I have an idea:

1. If you have been an unpaid subscriber for more than a year and find that you regularly read and LIKE this Substack, please consider becoming a paid subscriber.

2. Also, Check if your paid subscriptions are going through as normal. Sometimes, people get charged even though they did not intend to become paid subscribers. If anybody has a problem, put it in the comments below, and I will see if it gets resolved.

Additionally, we have several investigative reports that we will be publishing in the next few weeks. They include:

• A deep dive into one of the most interesting characters around. Louis Freeh was a U.S. Federal District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York when he was appointed by Bill Clinton and left the bench to become FBI Director. After his government service, he has been in private practice for many years. The thread of this tale is pedophilia and was motivated by Freeh’s inclusion in the Epstein Island flight logs for numerous trips to that infamous den of iniquity. We look at Freeh’s history on the bench as a Judge, tenure as FBI Director, and several episodes from private practice, most notably the Penn State child sex scandal that broke in 2011. Louis Freeh and his law firm authored a famous report on the matter. Also, we look at some of the individuals and groups Freeh has represented over the years. The thesis is: Did Louis Freeh’s trips to Epstein Island help him farm future clients while he knew what was happening there?

• Several deep dives into the Family Courts around the country. We are preparing exposés on:

  • A Wall Street Warrior’s decade-long battle against his spouse and her shark Manhattan attorney. Their Playbook: lies and fraud. We’ve dug deep and found them.

  • Connecticut struggles with a dysfunctional Family Court System and the judges who oversee it. We look at the emerging battle between the proponents and opponents of Parental Alienation and Coercive Control, how the courts have reacted, and other related issues.

  • A drill down on several New York State Justice who handle Divorce and Family Law Cases. Everyone expects a Judge to remain in control at all times: in their courtroom, public dealings, and personal affairs. We will profile several judges who appear “drunk” with power. We ask whether there is any recourse, even when a politically connected judge has palpably committed a crime.

  • Other notable Family Court cases from around the country.

• A feature series on Fort Myers Beach’s rebuild from Hurricane Ian and the quest for a New Pier.

• A feature series on Mayberry RFD 2.0. We expose the cracks in justice and victims’ rights when the press, the prosecutors, the defense attorneys, and the judges are all shady sides of the same coin.

• A feature series on a Technology Company’s fraud on a bankruptcy court and a municipality that has, as of yet, gone undetected.
