I dont consider this doxxing. Doxxing is spreading private information. Names and place of employment is not that.

Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has them, and they usually stink.

Aren't you one of the people involved in this case?

Yes. I'm the journalist who's been covering this case for over a year and a half.

Danesh Noshirvan tried to subpoena me to thwart my coverage holding him accountable. It didn't work.

Then, he tried to atatck me in the media. He called me a "Pedophile" on is Substack, accusing me of a heinous crime and libel per se.

Now, I am suing him separately for $20 million.

You need an update Luthmann.

All of Jennifer Couture's claims have been dismissed with prejudice.

Noshirvan's countersuit is still fully intact and just about to get started. Weirdly, however, the Plaintiffs are being shy about having their depositions videotaped.

Fair and good job with your expansion of the article and examination of the issues.

Discovery will be closing soon and it'll be on to the trial phase if the remaining claim isn't dismissed. My guess is that it will be.

This case is ripe for an update. I think there is a court date in Ft. Myers this week.

Thanks for the tip. I'll take a look this week.
