You need an update Luthmann.

All of Jennifer Couture's claims have been dismissed with prejudice.

Noshirvan's countersuit is still fully intact and just about to get started. Weirdly, however, the Plaintiffs are being shy about having their depositions videotaped.

I have several thoughts: 1. I am reminded of a case out of New York in which a monstrous man knowingly allowed his small Autistic son to freeze to death in his garage. When a juror was asked about the man's conviction the juror responded, "We did not convict him; he convicted himself."

2. Can a person whose acts are good be doxxed? It seems that only person whose acts are bad is capable of being doxxed. If this is the case, I do not see how the legal matter of personal agency squares. 3. I find it rich that in this hyper hyper individualistic culture that when a man rises from nothing to success he alone, in the mythology of Horatio Alger, is to be credited. However, when a man crashes from success, said crash not possible if the man did not act badly, it is the revelation of the man's bad acts that is responsible for the fall, and not the man.
