Mom Fights Back: Claims Ex-Husband Part of Child Trafficking Network
Reveals Shocking Abuse in Series of Tell-All Videos
By Richard Luthmann
New Jersey mother Ria Aichour is releasing a series of videos detailing her claims about an alleged child trafficking ring. Aichour says her ex-husband, Jimmy Cerveaux, is involved in this ring and has abused their four-year-old child, M.C. Despite her allegations corroborated by several professionals and mandated reporters, the Hudson County New Jersey Family Court placed M.C. in Cerveaux’s custody.
Exposing Alleged Abuse and Trafficking
In her first video, Aichour promises to "name names and detail the inner workings" of a trafficking and abuse ring she believes involves Cerveaux. She asserts that her daughter has been sexually violated by multiple individuals, starting with Cerveaux.
Aichour claims her life is at risk due to the powerful trafficking ring she says exerts control over the New Jersey Courts and Child Protective Services.
Aichour’s Allegations
Aichour’s nightmare began when M.C. returned from visits with her father, describing choking incidents and saying, "Never tell anyone about our secrets."
M.C. detailed sexual abuse, which Aichour reported to authorities. Despite these reports and evidence of serious abuse, Hudson County, New Jersey, Family Court Judge Michael A. Jimenez awarded custody to Cerveaux, a high-earning executive.
Renowned forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee wrote to the court, stating, "M.C. is in danger of being murdered by her father, Jimmy Cerveaux."
Dr. Lee cited a pattern of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse by Cerveaux, supported by medical documentation and consistent reports from the child. Dr. Lee emphasized that family court involvement often increases risks to children, noting, "Statistics show that up to 20 percent of child murders by a parent may be reduced if there were no family court involvement."
Systemic Failures in Family Courts
Jill Jones Soderman, Executive Director of the Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts (FCVFC), highlighted systemic issues with Child Protective Services (CPS) and family courts.
"Family courts and CPS often work to ‘turn tables’ against the reporter of abuse, turning the perpetrator into victim and the victim into perpetrator," Soderman noted.
Soderman filed a notice to the Hudson County, New Jersey Family Court, detailing how M.C. returned from visits with Cerveaux in a state of shock and physical distress, including pain in her vagina, pain while urinating, and elevated temperatures.
Financial Strain and Court Decisions
The court’s decision has also placed Aichour in dire financial straits. Since their separation in 2021, she has struggled financially, detailing how Cerveaux manipulated finances to her detriment. Despite earning over $500,000 a year, Cerveaux provided minimal financial support, forcing Aichour to use her savings for expenses, including M.C.’s daycare.
The court initially ordered Cerveaux to pay $10,000 monthly in support, but this was reduced to $0 after he claimed job loss due to Aichour's "false allegations of abuse." The judge also ordered Aichour to pay Cerveaux $70,000, further exacerbating her financial crisis.
Calls for Immediate Action: The Accountability Project
Dr. Lee and Soderman are calling for immediate action to protect M.C. and other victims from further harm. Dr. Lee stressed, "A father who batters her to the point of making marks and lacerations, who sexually abuses her, is eminently capable of killing her."
Soderman emphasizes the need for a thorough investigation and proper consideration of M.C.’s complaints, pleas which have fallen upon deaf ears in New Jersey and similar complaints in Family Courts across the country.
In response, the FCVFC is launching the Accountability Project to raise awareness about proposed legislation called Mennel’s Law. This proposed law aims to prevent courts from transferring children from protective parents to documented abusers.
FCVFC has shown that family courts in the U.S. are involved in child trafficking, working with lawyers and state-licensed experts under the unconstitutional authority of Child Protective Services (CPS). CPS can remove children without abuse charges, often using untrained and autocratic authority. They employ unethical experts who exploit their power for financial gain and immunity from prosecution.
The Accountability Project demands that CPS workers wear body cameras during all client interactions and submit daily casework reports under oath, subject to fraud and liability penalties. It also calls for CPS workers and employees to be held legally accountable through lawsuits for their actions, given their significant authority to impact lives.

It is shocking to learn that a father who is clearly not only breaking the law but sacrificing the health and life of his child is being blessed by the judicial system.
