Hi This poor innocent loving mother has now been in jail with no bail, as a cancer survivor, with 18 lympth nodes removed ,and swelling up, denied needed medical attention in medical deliberate indifferance... The public defender is even complicit. We fed them enough evidentiary to free her a 100 times. They refuse to even here a Frank's motion, even give her bail hearing. There is No indictment. Its pure retaliatory torturere of this poor woman. They need dragged from their benches by US Marshalls. They have her 13 year old daughter held in 18 1512 tampering with a witness, with her abuser, over medicated on dugs so she can't testify against her abuser father for strangling her.. This is happening everywhere. Women are afraid to speak up because this is the consequence. As a mother in the heat of battle myself with extreme safety threats, that have been exposed repeatedly, they are currently fighting for unsupervised custody. Multiple firearm incidents, breaking a protection order, police wouldn’t even write a report for the two times I reported. Mine has a severe diagnosis of mental illness being deemed housebound. Has lied and hidden firearms. All I’m told is the law is reactive not proactive meaning he has to either threaten to take our lives or literally take them, and just like this case mine is prior military. It’ll only take once. I have spent 18 months and every ounce of money I have fighting this. I have over a dozen civil and criminal contempts out there and they still refuse to do anything. This is an epidemic. Please those in NJ, advocate for this woman! Write your media and senators, peacefully protest. Get them to listen. Get the public to rally around her, it’s going to be the only thing that has a chance of making a difference.
Yes! The New Jersey Judiciary is so corrupted, and REFUSE'S to follow well established Domestic Violence Laws, and provisions. The Mendham Township Police are being used by their Friend , John Uanis, who has influence through Griffin, and Home Gun Range (which has also been in trouble for firearms trafficking), as a weapon against his exwife Monica Ciardi who divorced him after he beat the hell out of her several times, and he was convicted of Domestic violence. Somehow ,John used crooked Attorneys to somehow reverse the Restraining order onto Monica . They have jailed Monica now with no bail , and are denying her medical treatment in jail. They are torturing Monica at the sick pleasures of the court officials involved for the crimes they are committing against her.
This happened to me he had private conversations with my husband where he cut me out of them told me I wasn't going to get a pot of gold we were under eviction and were removed by the sheriff he said so what too bad also told me that my husband paid enough even though he wasn't paying anything and we were evicted and he let us to emergency motions he denied we are still suffering and now we are set for trial with Stuart minkowitz 4 years destroyed my children's lives
