A recent decision by New York State Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina Jr. is sending shockwaves through the legal community and beyond. As reported by renowned investigative journalist Frank Parlato in the Frank Report, Justice Castorina issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Guy Simonetti, a retired and disabled NYPD detective and revered 9/11 responder:
