Prior to the arrest warrant, have you filed FOIA's requesting complaints against Paul Boyne by individual judges? The blog has been up for years. I don't know the dates of the specific articles that were listed in the warrant, but how many, if any, judges took it upon themselves to file complaints against Paul Boyne at the time the alleged threats or perceived threats were made?
Judge Adelman made clear on the record that he was not biased nor influenced in any way by anything written by Paul Boyne and/or the Family Court Circus; nor was he threatened or intimidated by the posts. Perhaps because Paul Boyne was a litigant before him that Judge Adelman did not indicate he felt any threat and remained perfectly neutral when this topic was raised.
If these judges really believe their lives are in danger, that's very scary. Since they know the law I'm wondering if there are police reports taken on behalf of judges who may have felt threatened. Please let us know. Thank you for your continued coverage on concerns for Freedom of Speech and Press.
