This is just more evidence indicative of how corrupt and frankly evil our government has become! Sure, we all know they've done some pretty "undemocratic" things over the years, but I'm beyond speechless at the level to which they have sunk! This is shameless. It's going to take a lot of hard work and time to rid our system of the terrible, terrible people who have stealthily infiltrated our institutions and torn our nation apart. My prayers go out to Rabbi Bellinsky and his family. 💟🙏💟🙏💟
Trafficking, racketeering… another payday for lawyers and gals in family court- where hearsay is evidence, due process is irrelevant, children are subjected to inhumane orders of child abuse, ex-parte motions are calculated and outcomes pre-determined, and all the while judges and attorneys work to silence children and the targeted parent to keep the charade going and money streams flowing. My three children were forced away from me five years ago and the cash for kids lasts until they age out- that’s the game that is played.
The AFCC created protocols and manufactured titles for court appointed positions that have no requirements or criteria. These family court created and appointed fictitious positions (visitation supervisor, parenting supervisor, parenting coordinator, reunification therapist…) are often filled with the same names. In one case Robert Horwitz may be a GAL and in another he may be the visitation supervisor. But in all cases those who fulfill these roles receive full immunity or quasi immunity but parents are not informed about these protections upon which they’ll have no recourse and will have their life savings drained to pay for court created gate-keeping, child-silencing services. The imbalance of power created allows children to be taken and not seen again - destruction of parent child bonds is the objective. Rarely does dcf charge any parent with wrongdoing - as in this case the kidnapping of Rabbi Bellinsky’s children did not result from actions of dcf or CPS. Family court goes around regulations that are in place to safeguard children and instead severs loving ties between parent and child with no finding of the Rabbi to be unfit.
