Scumbage is defined as unpleasant untrustworthy and unkind. The family court house is a cut throat place. The rules are different than the criminal court. The rights of litigants is not upheld. The use of mental health diagnostic is weapon against many people. People before entering the court system lived stable lives. It's not hard for people who have lived the family court system to understand how this type of situation happens. Many a scumbag attorneys walk the halls of the family court houses.
While speaking to one of my top clients today, a retired top Philadelphia attorney, his comment about this news was "Morris County is known for being the worse in the United States. Its run by blatant criminals".
Calling a lawyer a scumbag for doing his job is exactly the kind of biased "reporting" he is talking about. The woman is clearly mentally deficient and abusive. You act like there is one side of the story. It is obvious you do not care about the truth.
As a crime attorney I wonder if you are following the case of Jennifer Dulos. The defense for Michelle. If nothing else she did a favor by exposing the custody evaluation. Jennifer Dulos bogus boardeline personality. Normally a person with this type of diagnosis has life long relationship problems. She had long term friendships and close bond with her mother. There is a long awaited trial for Mawahinny. He also got divorced and his former wife feared for her life. Reporting she was sexually assaulted. No restraining order was given. She was labeled not credible. Now he awaits trial for his role in the murder. Maybe this would give you a better understanding of what is happening in the family court houses. Why people are reluctant to just believe someone is mentally impaired. The so called mental health professional that operate in the family court system.

Has dcf/CPS moved to terminate her parental rights? What medical doctor has found this mother to be abusive or “mentally deficient”? I would like to learn what information you have. She lost custody. There is a finding by a judge. She has been arrested 10 times according to her own FB page.
