Two Monmouth County lawyers, Steven Monaghan and Edward Fradkin, face heavy criticism for gag order attempts and client abandonment in a heated divorce case.
This guy in particular is a real scumbag. My ex-wife used him in our divorce, we had it all settled and agreed-upon regarding what we were going to split. She sat down with him. She told her she was entitled to so much more then things changed regarding our agreement . It cost her $30,000 and she got basically what we agreed to in the beginning. He is all about making money and not “doing good“ He’s a real scumbag! He also tried to get attention when he represented the guy who said his wife originally had an affair with Bruce Springsteen. It was an easy case to settle. He dragged it on and sucked the guy dry financially, and for the media attention. Now he doesn’t want attention? The term “scumbag lawyer of the week“ fits him perfect, but it should be of the decade.
