Source: Castorina Looking to Get Out of the "Jackpot" By Turning Canary
PLUS: More Limited Edition Judge Castorina Bingo Cards
Loyal “This is Satire?” readers know the source “Yolanda Vega.” No one knows more about “Jackpots” than she does.
YOLANDA VEGA
Yolanda Vega recently came across some exclusive information. A source close to Ronald Castorina’s camp said the embattled judge had already hired a “top-notch,” off-Staten Island criminal defense firm to handle the 2018 perjury allegations and related matters. Communications with law enforcement, including the New York State Attorney General’s Office, may have already begun on Judge Ronald Castorina’s behalf.
This means Ronald Castorina is an animal of some sort. Many use the pejorative term “RAT.” Others prefer “STOOL PIGEON.” But in Judge Ron’s case, the aptest comparison may be to the CANARY because Ron is about to be “singing” on many people.
Castorina is looking for a deal that would avoid criminal liability and total disgrace. By cooperating with authorities, Castorina would likely help in the prosecution of Eric Nelson and Perry Reich.
Additionally, prosecutors may look to see if the Luthmann prosecution was improperly motivated “payback” and by whom.
LUTHMANN LAMPOONS CASTORINA
Judge Castorina is being investigated by the New York State Commission on Judicial Ethics. What will the Commission do? No one can be sure.
But Luthmann is helping the masses follow the embattled judge’s woes by producing “JUDGE CASTORINA BINGO CARDS.” We even produced a song:
The Bingo Cards are LIMITED EDITION because it doesn’t look like Judge Ron will be long on the bench.
The first Bingo Card pays homage to Castorina’s “Kitchen Table Speech” about pearl necklaces and “rotten” parts of the female anatomy:
Another Judge Castorina Bingo Card shows him as the “Rare Bird” he is, the Canarius Castorina Culus Mendacem, a species subject to judicial extinction. The word is Castorina is already “singing like a canary” to the authorities to save his skin:
And yet another Bingo Card pays homage to Castorina’s lies, perjury, and “Pinocchio-like” behavior that helped him secure his judgeship:
When bodies (plural) are found next to dumpsters in Woodrow because of fentanyl overdoses, I bet Staten Islanders wish they had back the $1 million spent on Luthmann’s vanity case.
If Special Prosecutor Eric Nelson committed a crime in indicting Luthmann, maybe the NYC taxpayers can get their money back from Nelson for the fees Nelson got paid.
If Castorina knowingly lied to the grand jury setting a million-dollar “wild goose chase” in action, doesn’t that mean good old Judge Ron might be on the hook too? You learn quickly that two things never pay: crime and judges.
What Other Exposure Does Castorina Have?
Luthmann, now a disbarred lawyer and a former prisoner, now on probation, recently filed a 264-page motion in New York State Supreme Court calling on Justice Marina C. Mundy, who sentenced him in the Facebook case, to throw out the case against him.
Luthmann served three years for the offense.
The Court will hear Luthmann’s motion on February 28.
We called the Supreme Court Criminal Term Clerk’s Office, who said the 28th was a “submission date,” and there was no oral argument. It is unclear whether Justice Mundy will call the parties into court to address Luthmann’s request to represent himself (requiring an express waiver under Faretta v. California) and hear Special Prosecutor Eric Nelson’s side of apparent new perjury made in his Affirmation recently filed with the Court.
Luthmann also called on Justice Mundy to refer attorney Nelson to the Attorney Grievance Committee. Luthmann alleges Nelson encouraged Castorina to commit perjury in the 2018 grand jury proceeding, resulting in Luthmann’s indictment.
Luthmann also asked Justice Mundy to refer Castorina and Nelson’s potential perjury to New York State Attorney General Letitia James for criminal charges.
What will Justice Mundy do? All eyes are on the Court.
NOVEMBER IS COMING
November is Coming. Who will survive?
Maybe Judge Ron, if he sings like a canary and has someone to trade. But who’s a bigger target than a sitting judge?
Keep Smiling.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Is there more? Of course, there is more.
Remember, Mr. Luthmann is now a LAW ABIDING CITIZEN. He is also a writer, commentator, satirist, investigative journalist, and a proud member of the National Writers Union.
There will be many more Enemies to receive their comeuppance. What new Enemies will show their faces and then be shown the Luthmann Inquisition followed by the legal and political Death Chamber? Which members of the Swamp should be worried? What other persons may become collateral damage in this story? And who exactly is on “THE LIST” Luthmann spent the past four years making?
Stay tuned—much more to come.
We welcome all comments.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant. We can shine a light on Pirates and Scallywags and watch the cockroaches scurry in every direction. Also, drop me a line if you are a victim of The Swamp of corrupt politicians, lawyers, judges, or corrupt courts. We are especially looking for stories about the Staten Island Swamp. Corrupt lawyers, judges, and government officials are all within bounds. Let us know.

The press plays a crucial role in providing citizens with access to information about what is happening in government and shining a light on corruption, abuse of power, and other forms of wrongdoing. The news media is a critical check on the powerful, serving as a watchdog to hold elected officials and other public figures accountable for their actions. The media was first called the fourth estate in 1821 by Edmund Burke, who wanted to point out the power of the press.
