When will we stop allowing “family” courts to “handle” criminal activity? IMO and experience, the “family” court actors use such evidence only to extend litigation and compensation for attorneys, NOT to pursue justice, and that hurts our children.
In my experience, they want DV to stay inside of family court. Other criminal activity I have seen include identify theft, wire fraud, child abuse, forgery, wire tapping, child endangerment, and much more. If the lawyers keep it in family court, more $ litigation hours… I have personally never known of them referring a litigant out for investigation, arrest, etc when there was clear and convincing evidence to do so.
Gag orders in family court have nothing to do with the protection of children and everything to do with the abusive parent and those he/she employs to silence the children.
Gal’s take away their voice and are complicit with abusive outcomes.
This is happening throughout our country and teens like these two brave young women will be the force of change.
It’s gone on for decades. Jury trials are needed in family court if custody is going to be taken.
State agencies like DCF and CPS are NOT taking custody away from parents but family court attorneys are successfully getting judges to sign off on abusive outcomes in violation of the 14th amendment.

Yes. I spoke with the Plaintiffs and several others involved, AND I checked out the AAML IRS Form 990 and other available public records and financial documents. There's plenty there, particularly if federal prosecutors look.

True corruption and real victims are not a waste of time. What is a clear waste of time is reading an "article" from a "journalist" that does nothing more than cut and paste allegations from a complaint written by a loon.
True journalism presents the facts so the reader can form their own opinions. I appreciate the awareness of this case, as it resonates with stories I am personally familiar with. Attacking someone’s writing as “garbage” or “regurgitated” does nothing constructive to debate one’s view, and is immature at best. Hi after reading these articles I also had a case involving John D’Arco and Judge Judy Goldfarb back in 2012 and i definitely believe the gla, the judge and D’Arco were all on the sane team. Since I have been contacted by abc 7 news and a watch dog group…
This also had to do with a custody case…
I really did not know what to do or think at the time…cook county is definitely corrupt.

In my experience, they want DV to stay inside of family court. Other criminal activity I have seen include identify theft, wire fraud, child abuse, forgery, wire tapping, child endangerment, and much more. If the lawyers keep it in family court, more $ litigation hours… I have personally never known of them referring a litigant out for investigation, arrest, etc when there was clear and convincing evidence to do so.
Gag orders in family court have nothing to do with the protection of children and everything to do with the abusive parent and those he/she employs to silence the children.

This is happening throughout our country and teens like these two brave young women will be the force of change.
It’s gone on for decades. Jury trials are needed in family court if custody is going to be taken.
State agencies like DCF and CPS are NOT taking custody away from parents but family court attorneys are successfully getting judges to sign off on abusive outcomes in violation of the 14th amendment.

Hi after reading these articles I also had a case involving John D’Arco and Judge Judy Goldfarb back in 2012 and i definitely believe the gla, the judge and D’Arco were all on the sane team. Since I have been contacted by abc 7 news and a watch dog group…
This also had to do with a custody case…
I really did not know what to do or think at the time…cook county is definitely corrupt.
