Coercion and weaponized, documented child abuse disclosures have been ignored. With court-appointed professionals who collaborated in the process—including a custody evaluator who made a self-admitted acknowledgment of ethical failure, and, most egregiously, Diane Womer, who sent evidence directly to the abuser instead of doing her job as a mandated reporter.
All with proof, Yet here we are: one year has passed since I last held my young child.
My child and I were citizens of another state when DCPP allegedly involved themselves and never disclosed their involvement. This is how DIRTY THEY PLAY! To date, no information given, only letters for in-camera review. State actors play big parts in cases like these, and judicial committees ignore complaints or choose to deal with them "privately." I am still fight anew Jersey for information, and my state has ZERO records!...so much for ICPC federal mandates.
