Very nice article about vermins! Unfortunately, I cannot support you financially because family court steals all my SS pension and leaves me about $700 per month. This is by design and on the large scale, at leas in New York.

I realize that is the case for many. That is why I commit to keeping my family court content free of charge.

Any lawyer would not comment on their client's case and would be grounds for disbarment. You have no idea what you are talking about. You are not in the court room hearing both sides of the story. You take one side and run with it. And most normal people do not want to air their dirty laundry in public and damage the children even further. You confuse legal concepts with psychological. Parental alienation is a legal concept, and judges recognize it because it is so obvious many times. It is not classified as a psychological disorder for obvious reason. Being a scumbag is not classified either. I am skeptical also of the value of therapy for these situations as the parent that has the issue will never acknowledge their need to take responsibility for their actions and to change. If they did, then these custody disputes would go away. Frequently they will not even cooperate and refuse to see the children at all. I have sole custody of my child in no small part to this.

All things being equal ... maybe. The problem is that nothing is equal in family court and things are rarely fair. Your comment presupposes institutional integrity, something family courts in America do not presently possess for the most part.

If anything, courts are biased towards the mothers. The mere fact that women win custody over 90% of the time is clear proof of this. It is a pretty bad mother not to have custody. The standards for men are much higher than for mothers.

True. But not Morris. It is an outlier because of specific occurrences, including litigation in 2013.

Family court designed to break families apart and pit parents against each others. I have a "confession" affidavit where attorneys coaches woman about how to falsely report violence to police in order to arrest a man and "win" a house, custody and case for free

Richard I don’t understand why Parent Alienation Syndrome has a credibility problem. I lived through it 30 years ago with a ruthless and vindictive wife who did everything to discredit me and disallow any contact as a parent. The proof in the damage of this behavior is not being able to see or contact my son

Stephen since he was 8. He is no 42. What damage was done to him by this creepy and vindictive wife. He also chose not to have anything to do with his mother years later. Parent Alienation Syndrome is a collection of bad behaviors and a collection of bad behaviors in this case are criminal.
