Wall Street’s Weigel Launches ‘My Three Minutes’ Initiative: A Call to Action for Parents Everywhere

Family Court Fraud Warrior Project Calls For Parents and Families to Unite to Expose Corruption, Share Stories, and Advocate for Justice

By Richard Luthmann

David Weigel, a top Wall Street asset manager and family court reform activist, continues to shake the foundations of a system he calls the “Family Court Industrial Complex.”

With the Family Court Fraud Warrior Project, Weigel has launched a groundbreaking campaign called "My Three Minutes," empowering parents and families to share their personal experiences of family court corruption.

“Family court isn’t just broken—it’s a machine designed to profit off the misery of parents and children,” Weigel said during a recent interview on The Unknown Podcast.

The “My Three Minutes” Movement

The initiative encourages participants to post three-minute videos on Instagram detailing their family court experiences with the hashtag #my3minutes. Participants are also urged to tag the Family Court Fraud Warrior Project (@fcfwarriorproject), amplifying their stories to a wider audience.

“This isn’t just about sharing pain—it’s about uniting a community of survivors and driving systemic change,” Weigel explained. “Every voice matters in exposing the corruption that has devastated so many families.”

Weigel says parents and family members can also visit the Family Court Fraud Warrior Project website to get involved.

“We welcome everyone that wants to stand against corruption and the fraudulent business model that is the family court. The Family Court Fraud Warrior Project aims to protect our children by creating an army of parents, family members, and concerned citizens that government officials can no longer ignore,” Weigel said.

A System Rigged for Profit

Weigel’s crusade stems from his own legal battles, which he describes as a nightmare orchestrated by corrupt attorneys and biased judges.

He accuses the system of promoting “designer child trafficking,” where custody battles and false allegations are exploited for financial gain under the guise of child welfare.

“Judges and lawyers manipulate parents to maximize revenue,” Weigel said. “It’s legalized exploitation, fueled by billions in federal funds under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.”

Stories That Demand Action

The #my3minutes campaign offers families a platform to reveal the injustices they’ve endured. From false allegations to prolonged custody disputes, these stories highlight a system prioritizing profit over justice.

“These aren’t isolated incidents,” Weigel emphasized. “They’re patterns, documented and proven through quantitative analysis and AI.”

Weigel’s AI-powered investigations have uncovered troubling trends, such as biased rulings and financial conflicts of interest, which he says are endemic in family courts nationwide.

Inspiring Change

Weigel hopes the campaign will inspire government action and public outrage.

“Reform starts with awareness,” he said. “The more people understand the depth of the corruption, the harder it will be for the system to hide.”

Join the Movement

To participate, families are invited to create and share their videos with the hashtag #my3minutes and tag @fcfwarriorproject. The initiative connects survivors and builds momentum for policy changes aimed at dismantling systemic corruption.

“It’s time to stop being victims and start being warriors,” Weigel declared. “Together, we can take down this corrupt machine and protect our children.”
