BREAKING: Luthmann Sends Blockbuster Seven-Figure Lawsuit For Filing in Manhattan Supreme Court

Political Drama Unfolds: NYC Councilwoman Hanks, Supreme Court Justice Castorina, Special Prosecutor Eric Nelson Accused of Criminal Acts in Legal Complaint

Former attorney, federal inmate, and investigative journalist Richard Luthmann has filed an extensive legal complaint in Manhattan Supreme Court, unveiling a web of allegations against several high-profile individuals. The complaint alleges crimes, serious torts, and corrupt activities aimed at evading legitimate legal fees and concealing serious alleged wrongdoing.

“This story involves liars, crooks, deadbeats, perjurers, and child molesters. All of them have, in concert and otherwise, jointly and severally, and intentionally, maliciously, and with disinterested malevolence, caused harm to the plaintiff,” the papers say.

Luthmann’s papers continue, “The coverup is often worse than the crime. And here, the tortious activity of the named defendants (and some as of yet unnamed co-conspirators) is aimed at the criminal evasion of valid debts and the criminal coverup of existing crimes.”

Allegations Against NYC Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks and Kevin Barry Love

The legal complaint directly aims at NYC Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks and her “husband,” Kevin Barry Love. Luthmann accuses them of engaging in criminal acts to avoid paying Luthmann’s lawfully earned legal fees.

Mr. Luthmann represented Ms. Hanks, a community activist, political candidate, and now a member of the NYC Council, members of her family, and their business, personal, and political interests, and in business, political, and personal capacities. Mr. Luthmann was Ms. Hanks’s “family lawyer.”

Mr. Luthmann rendered services for Ms. Hanks and her “husband,” KEVIN LOVE, … her daughter, NADIA HANKS, and her 2017 political campaign for NYC Council, …Hanks 2017. These included cases for Mr. Love against BWM and others, for Ms. Nadia Hanks to allow her to graduate high school … and against Phillip R. Marius, a 2017 primary election opponent of Ms. Hanks.

Additionally, they are alleged to have orchestrated a coverup involving the creation of “fake” social media pages during Hanks’ 2017 City Council Primary election campaign against Debi Rose. The papers read:

“Mr. Luthmann was also engaged by Ms. Hanks, Mr. Love, and the 2017 Hanks Campaign to create a “FAKE FACEBOOK” page about DEBI ROSE, Ms. Hanks’ opponent. Mr. Love promised Mr. Luthmann $25,000.00 in cash when they met in Mr. Love’s basement at 37 Tappan Court, Staten Island, NY 10304.

There are no financial references to these expenditures in the 2017 Hanks CFB filings.

Ms. Hanks not only knew about the FAKE FACEBOOK page, but she openly discussed the page with Mr. Luthmann and sent him pictures to post with editorial commands like “Cut it.” “

Luthmann goes further, claiming that Kevin Barry Love made threatening phone calls across state lines and provided false information to federal agents, all intending to shut down Luthmann’s case using U.S. Probation in April.

Love reportedly contacted Luthmann’s collections attorneys, making menacing and threatening statements. He also complained to federal agents, characterizing Luthmann’s actions as harassment and asserting that he and Kamillah Hanks were “witnesses” in his federal prosecution.

Luthmann says there are all lies by Love, brazenly made to federal agents in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001, a felony. “Mr. Love, a noted user of marijuana, refers to the CFB as the “Elections Department” in recorded conversations relevant to this matter,” the papers say.

Luthmann says Love admitted he performed the legal work.

As a result of Love’s alleged activities, in collaboration with Hanks, Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina, Jr., Christopher Ambrose, and Eric Nelson, Luthmann contends that they manipulated the U.S. Probation Office and the federal government to infringe upon his First and Fifth Amendment rights improperly.

Luthmann not only seeks reimbursement of the original legal fees, plus nine percent statutory interest, from Love, Hanks, and Castorina but also the entire group of individuals involved in these alleged tortious acts, covering the period between April 1 and August 8 of this year.

Luthmann claims that Love’s actions led to a directive that he could not practice journalism and to his collections attorneys dropping him, leaving him unable to pursue his collections cases. This, Luthmann argues, constitutes a de facto taking of a valuable property right under the Fifth Amendment.

The U.S. Government reportedly changed its stance on August 8, 2023, when U.S. Probation allowed Luthmann to freely engage in journalism and collect all debts owed to him without limitations, even on a personal level.

Allegations Against NYS Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina Jr. and Special Prosecutor Eric Nelson

The legal complaint doesn’t end there. Luthmann also makes accusations against NYS Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina Jr., claiming that he failed to settle outstanding legal bills and potentially committed perjury during a 2018 grand jury proceeding.

Furthermore, Luthmann contends that Castorina recently acted to “cover up” his prior involvement in criminal activities by calling the US Probation Office with unfounded claims. Special prosecutor Eric Nelson is implicated in the allegations as well.

Luthmann asserts that Nelson was involved in serious criminal activity in 2018 during the indictment in People v. Luthmann. Moreover, Luthmann alleges that Nelson submitted blatantly false affidavits to both Justice Marina C. Mundy and Judge Donald Leo, intending to conceal alleged crimes committed by Nelson, Castorina, and disbarred federal felon Perry Reich.

Nelson asked for Reich’s counsel to “circumvent” the First Amendment and Mr. Luthmann’s rights by not informing the grand jury of the potential for protected political expression in Luthmann’s activities. Nelson and Reich had that discussion in an email, which is plain to see.

Mr. Luthmann raised this issue with elected NYS Supreme Court Justice Marina C. Mundy (“Judge Mundy”) in January 2022, once finally discovered after his release from federal custody, and his files were supplied to him by former counsel who had fallen ill. Upon information and belief, with pressure from Team McMahon, Justice Mundy “punted” the case to Brooklyn in early 2023.

Now, the case sits with an unelected, acting Supreme Court Justice in Brooklyn named Judge Donald Leo. Upon information and belief, Judge Leo has aspirations for the Democratic Party Leader to cause the judicial nominating convention in Kngs or New York County to nominate him to become an elected Supreme Court Justice. The McMahons have the political power to veto such a nomination if Judge Leo doesn’t rule the “right way” in People v. Luthmann, the pending and defective criminal case. The appearance of impropriety here is stunning, and the issue has been raised before Judge Leo.

Additional Claims Against Christopher Ambrose, Guy Cardinale, Sabrina Balducci, NYC Arts Cypher, and Unnamed Co-Conspirators

Luthmann’s legal action extends to Christopher Ambrose, whom he sues for lying to federal agents and interfering with his practice of journalism, resulting in harm to Luthmann and alleged abuse of process. Ambrose attacked Luthmann for exposing in his reporting that Ambrose is a psychopath who molests his children.

Luthmann also files against Guy Cardinale and Sabrina Balducci, the surviving spouse of the late Charlie Balducci, along with the NYC Arts Cypher, all for unpaid legal bills. Cardinale reportedly owes Luthmann over $300,000.00, while Balducci and NYCAC owe more than $100,000.00.

Furthermore, Luthmann points to the possible involvement of “unnamed co-conspirators,” hinting at the questionable actions of Staten Island DA Michael McMahon, his judge wife, and associates, including Dennis Quirk and attorney Bruce Barron, as well as attorney Manuel Ortega.
