Earlier today, journalist Frank Parlato published the sprawling legal complaint recently filed by Richard Luthmann in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Luthmann sues a slew of defendants, including Council Member Kamillah M. Hanks, her real estate tycoon partner Kevin Barry Love, and Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina Jr. Luthmann’s legal blitzkrieg targets several high-profile figures for allegedly owing him money or committing crimes against him.

The plaintiff alleges serious campaign finance violations against Hanks and Castorina and has corroborating affidavits and evidence to prove it. Due to his recent controversies, NYC Mayor Eric Adams, a Hanks ally, can’t be happy with these developments.
Luthmann, once embroiled in extortion and fraud cases, now positions himself as a lone warrior against the “thugs in public office.” The lawsuit accuses sitting NYS Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castorina, among others, of collusion to fabricate charges against him.
The lawsuit has been filed, and Luthmann is expected to serve each defendant in the coming days. Following that, the defendants will file responses to the claims.
