How I Respond To My Critics
"They" Made Luthmann; "They" Made Gladiator; "They" Shall Face Truth.
I am always asked: “Why should I talk to you? ‘They’ say bad things about you. Google says bad things about you. So does the DOJ and the State of New York?”
A response to these questions inspires the following I wrote this morning.
Keep in mind:
“They” sent me to a place where I was tortured, beaten, and raped.
“They” committed crimes to put me there.
“They” knew I was innocent.
“They” were thought about every single day and night while I was away.
“They” are thought about to this day. I keep them in my prayers. Matthew 5:44-45.
“They” sent me to “Gladiator School.”
“They” can’t complain that I came back a Gladiator.
“They” are the tyrants.
“They” know I am coming for them, and I will crash down their corrupt temple like Samson.
“They” know I am a man on fire with nothing left to lose.
“They” know they will never be rid of me.
“They” know I will get my vengeance in this life or the next.
“They” always have something to lose.
Dear So and So,
In response to your inquiries, I'm available to anyone who wants an explanation of my past.
I was not just any lawyer. I was the Law Chair of the NYS Reform Party and the “Trial By Combat” Attorney.
I was always dangerous to the establishment. But with the rise of Trump and MAGA, I had to go. I was politically railroaded.
I have declared my actual innocence in state and federal court. Affidavits have been filed in both the NYS Supreme Court and the Eastern District of New York.

Note that I filed to get my case thrown out in January 2022 based on the clearly criminal conduct of the prosecutors involved.
It still hasn’t been heard by an NYS Court. But my legal arguments have been endorsed by noted Former Prosecutor and NYC Criminal Defense Attorney Jonathan Fink. The court appointed Attorney Fink as my “legal advisor,” the same as he was with former lawyer Dominic Crispino, who had an NYS criminal case against him thrown out.
Attorney Fink agrees that I should at least get my plea back in the Fake Facebook case because it wasn’t knowing, voluntary, intelligent, or constitutional. Then, if the case weren’t tossed, it would be game-on because I could go right to trial with three years’ NYS jail credit under my belt, and I sit there and set perjury traps for every single witness.
It would be a difficult trial to prosecute because I wouldn’t necessarily be looking to “win” the case as much as to “win” the “perjury” and the “media show.”
And, despite the Government’s best efforts, I’ll be back in NYC, the media capital of the world, for what was already described as a “flash-point First Amendment case” by New York Magazine.
I’ve amped up a TikTok Account in preparation for a trial. I hope to use the Brooklyn case to get a million followers.
Corrupt Special Prosecutor Nelson Concedes Luthmann's Fake Facebook Conviction is Going Away
Eric Nelson is an “incompetent by design” Staten Island special prosecutor. Eric Nelson is also a stone-cold criminal. Luthmann presents the facts. You decide.
You couldn’t view the federal documents on PACER unless I published them because Judge Raymond Dearie (the FISA Court crook who should have been impeached) inexplicably “sealed” the document. Why? To protect the DOJ, as he has done his entire judicial career.
A tyrant is one who usurps legitimate sovereignty. Under our constitutional system, you have a God-given prerogative to ignore tyrants and, if they continue to oppose you, to pledge your “life, liberty, and sacred honor” in opposition to them.
No lawyer will admit it, but the right is enshrined in the US Constitution and the constitutions of every single state, particularly those of the thirteen original colonies. “Where-ever the law ends,” Enlightenment philosopher John Locke says, “tyranny begins.” It does not threaten the magistrate’s power if subjects resist unlawful, tyrannical exercises.
In the same way, they don’t tell you at jury duty that you have a right to jury nullification, to decide the facts, the law, and the result as your conscience sees fit. They also don’t tell you that you are morally and politically entitled to use “force” against a tyrannical legal system that has failed you - because “They” have a vested interest in their crooked system.
Force is necessary when one has no right to appeal a perceived wrong. And this idea of “force” can come in many forms. I like to use the “force” of the media and the digital pen while we still meaningfully retain that right.
If unlawful acts of the magistrate are maintained, resisting such tyranny does not threaten the government either, Locke claims, for a few oppressed people to threaten the government. However, if illegal acts threaten the majority, the majority cannot be kept from resisting such force.
The framers of our foundational legal documents understood this point. It is an ever-present cornerstone of American law.
The premise of my remaining life on this earth is simple: the majority of the people under the Governments of the United States and the several states are oppressed by corruption that rises to a level of tyranny that ought to be met with “force.” It is morally permissible to use the power of the press, for example, because the legal system has failed them, and they have no appeal or recourse.
The framers recognized this “force” may also be violent:
What country before ever existed a century and half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure. - Thomas Jefferson, 1787 letter to William Stephens Smith
And in times of increasing authoritarianism, increasing inequality, and decreasing legal and moral authority for politicized institutions like the courts and prosecutorial offices, there may soon be a day when the only solution to retain liberty shall be to turn the existing establishment into a Jeffersonian “manure heap.”
Until that day, I will keep writing unless the men with the black hoods come for me -once again.
Luthmann’s Story
My own story is worthy of several books and a movie deal. I may yet have a chance to publish them, and it’s far better than the shit they feed you on TV.
The bottom line is that I was messing up the Democrat Party's money and deals in New York with a 5th ballot line. I was the Law Chair of the now-defunct Reform Party led by Curtis Sliwa, Frank Morano, and John Tobacco. We were the difference makers in several elections, including getting Queens Dems boss Joe Crowley’s niece ousted in the 2017 municipal elections. If you don’t remember Joe Crowley, AOC beat him in a Democratic Primary to end his congressional career a year later. The Crowleys never liked me, and I never liked old Irish drunks.
If I were still around, I would have made my case for delivering a death blow to the NYS Dems in 2022, which would have been very possible had Jumaane Williams taken the Working Families Line. If he really campaigned, Jumaane would have elevated the WF Line to the number 3 ballot position in NYS, passing over the Conservatives.
The sad secret is no one likes Kathy Hochul. She is an old, crazy, out-of-touch white chick from Western New York. She has no idea what real, working people have to deal with downstate or in cities. Jumaane could have done well on election night. He might have received the second-greatest total number of votes on the WFP line, meaning the Democrats would have lost all their party patronage at the NYS Board of Elections. Only the top two statewide parties get to put their people in.
The scenario would have meant that Lee Zeldin would be governor, which, from the perspective of hindsight and the migrant crisis that even Andrew Cuomo agrees is Biden and Hochul’s fault and has the potential to destroy the state, the majority of New Yorkers wouldn’t find it as a bad thing today.
But the scenario also would have meant that the Democrat Party, for all intents and purposes, would have been dead in the State of New York. Overnight, a vast slew of Democrats would have traded their party affiliation to WFP to keep their patronage positions and the grift going.
I was in a position to make things like this happen - to upset the apple cart. The Democrats had to make me disappear. Several Republicans and Conservatives also helped with my demise.
Pompous Jerry Kassar, the NYS Conservative Chair, has been a political hemorrhoid for years. He knew all about the “secret” grand jury against me because he helped Mike McMahon arrange it. A new ballot line would cut in on his ability to grift.
My prosecution was a political contract. And it was a smart one for Kassar because I would have made Zeldin the governor and him unemployed, forever known as the Chairman who lost the NYS Conservatives the C line. Jerry doesn’t know how close he comes to the political death knell on a regular basis because he’s basically a buffoon with no ability to strategically reason. With any luck, 2026 is around the corner…
When Kassar says he supports Trump and Trumpism, he’s full of shit. He supports whatever makes him money.
It didn't help my case that I represented and helped several "Trump" people, including Roger Stone. The "first wave" of Trump prosecutions took down Roger, Paul Manafort, General Flynn, and many others, including me. The Feds wanted me to roll on people, but I wouldn’t. I kept my mouth shut because I’m not a spineless pussy like Michael Cohen.
Days before the 2016 election, I paraded around a client on national television because NBC Universal had violated his free speech rights. He wanted to wear a shirt that said, “BILL CLINTON IS A RAPIST.” If you told me with a straight face in 2023, after all of #MeToo and Bill being “hidden” for the past decade, that Bill Clinton isn’t a rapist, then I’d have to believe you were also still looking for the “real killer” of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.
But Hillary didn’t like me, and neither did a slew of others. And I was a real dick. I’ll admit that. I made Fake Facebook pages lampooning politicians in their political capacity. What I did was 100% legally permissible and First Amendment-protected activity. Why? Because the US Government engaged in the activity under Obama and hasn’t stopped. I modeled my political operation off of a US Government operation. If I am a criminal and a crook, so are they. And I won’t stop pushing with “force” on this point.
There is no statute of limitations on ethical violations for lawyers and judges. I will have at these people forever. For example (and my position has softened on him of late, so I really don’t want to, but if I have him in my cross-hairs…), I will ask a certain lawyer why he didn’t disclose to City Planning in 1985 that he represented parties with matters before a board where he also sat as a commissioner. Or how, at around the same time, he could ethically wear two hats, taking fees as a probate lawyer in the multi-million dollar Gunther estate and splitting a real estate commission on the sales of the million-dollar properties from the estate.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg on one guy! You should see some of the stuff I have on that guy from the ‘90s and the ‘00s and on other lawyers and elected officials. I will find a way to get them all under oath. The federal case against me was based on the word of a five-time felon and serious FBI and Prosecutorial misconduct, which I can prove. The head prosecutrix lied, and the FBI agents fabricated evidence in a "Get Luthmann" prosecution. She did the same thing in several other prosecutions, including in US v. Raniere.
Prosecutrix Moira Kim Penza used the case as a stepping stone to a "Democrat Party Factory" law firm, where the first person she sued in private practice was - you guessed it - Donald J. Trump.
The NYS case, before Judge Donald Leo in Brooklyn, is based on political satire. If the case stands, Alec Baldwin can be arrested for impersonating Donald Trump on SNL - stealing his political identity for his personal benefit. But Alec is pretty screwed of late anyway.
If it stands, the legal system has also declared that I am the single greatest social media election manipulator in history. Albeit, the case was well before 2020, and Facebook ZUCKERBUCKS.
The whole thing may be thrown out entirely next month because Eric Nelson, the corrupt special prosecutor, committed crimes and continues to commit cover-ups to “GET LUTHMANN.”
I understand this type of activity is fashionable for “New York Justice.” It was GET LUTHMANN before it was GET TRUMP.

If people don't want to work with me, I understand. I have no problem.
I won’t change the label of what I do from “Satire.” It’s Investigative Journalism and Storytelling rolled up into “Satire+” because my previous experience with the legal system proves “They” can and will prosecute you for telling the truth.
Even if I said I was purely a journalist, “They” would say I wasn’t a “real” journalist. “They” did the same thing to Glenn Greenwald when he broke the Edward Snowden / NSA Spying story. Now, some call him the Greatest Journalist of All Time.
I'm not going to write under a nom de plume, and I will not deal with people who believe that there are corrupt courts and a corrupt judicial system but who also believe I have a stigma because I am a victim of their system.
Do rape victims have a stigma because they “allowed themselves” to be raped?
Does Jesus Christ have a stigma because he was a victim of Rome?
NEWSFLASH: We’re fighting against the “New Rome.” Politically motivated prosecutions and canceling are how they “crucify” in 2023.
The DOJ was corrupt in my case, which was based on the sworn statements of Guy G. Cardinale, a five-time felon and pedophile the Government used as a paid snitch, publicly unmasked at my sentencing hearing. I represented Cardinale - in court - on commercial litigation cases and not as part of his criminal schemes. He owes me close to $300,000. For the DOJ, it didn't matter - I was ordered "disappeared":

The NYS special prosecutor was also corrupt, taking orders from a DA and Judge, a husband and wife team, who I had on tape breaking the law in evil schemes. The DA was a former Democrat US Congressman who called in a favor to make me disappear.
DA Mike McMahon, the genius he is, held a Press Conference to celebrate the indictment and arrest HE ENGINEERED to ensure that I couldn’t drop the dime on his and his wife’s corruption: “As the federal indictment and detention memo make clear, [Luthmann] set out on a more than two-year reign of terror over my wife and me,” he said.

The McMahons couldn’t “shut me up” with their normal, conventional means.
I’m not bought off by dinner and a couple of drinks. I’m not a cheap whore like Brian Laline, who avoids reporting on the McMahons. But I have news for them all. I have a story that will show corruption in the Richmond County DA’s Office in concert with a media “blitz” that became a “blackout” in the Staten Island Advance. Offshore accounts, the Russian mob, the FBI, payoffs, this story has it all. It also has Crooked Eric Nelson, the Abrams Fensterman law firm, and Staten Island Family Court corruption swirling around. I was arrested and disappeared before because corruption bothers me, plain and simple. I wouldn't go along to get along. If I did, I would have made a lot of money. But I chose to fight the corruption, and they railroaded me.
Now, “They” have a problem. It was never about the money. And through their lies, they have committed me to that status of warrior-monk, of Gladiator. Like Maximus, they can’t take away my money or property. Or my marriage. Or my happiness. But I can fuck with theirs forever.
And the older they get, they have to worry about how much Sicilian I have in me (or Scottish Highlander, for that matter) and whether vendetta follows one, two, or twelve generations.
I continue to fight the corruption as a journalist. I'm not going away.

The news media is a critical check on the powerful, serving as a watchdog to hold elected officials and other public figures accountable for their actions. The media was first called the Fourth Estate in 1821 by Edmund Burke, who wanted to point out the power of the press. The press plays a crucial role in providing citizens with access to information about what is happening in government and by shining a light on corruption, abuse of power, and other forms of wrongdoing.
