PRESIDENT TRUMP CRUSHES PULITZER BOARD IN COURT

Defamation Lawsuit Moves to Discovery, Promising to Expose the Corrupt Mainstream Media and 'Russia Russia Russia' Hoax Lies

By Richard Luthmann

President Donald J. Trump has secured yet another major victory. On Monday, a Florida judge ruled in favor of President Trump in his defamation lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize Board, allowing the case to proceed to discovery. This marks a pivotal moment in the fight against media corruption and the so-called “Russia, Russia, Russia” hoax.

In 2022, President Trump filed a lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize Board after it awarded the 2018 National Reporting prizes to The New York Times and The Washington Post for their coverage of the now-debunked Russian collusion narrative.

The lawsuit alleges these prizes legitimized false reporting, damaging President Trump’s reputation and undermining public trust in journalism.

THE HOAX THAT NEVER DIED

“The defendants, hiding behind the once-prestigious Pulitzer Prizes, attempted to resurrect a left-wing hoax by awarding and standing by their disgraced prizes,” said President Trump’s attorney Quincy Bird. “This was a defamatory scam designed to damage President Trump’s image and presidential campaign.”

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation found no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Yet, the Pulitzer Board continued to defend its awards despite mounting evidence that the reporting was based on false premises and partisan narratives.

Judge Robert L. Pegg of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Okeechobee County, Florida, denied the Pulitzer Board’s motion for a protective order, which would have shielded their internal communications from scrutiny.

Pegg stated, “There is no factual support demonstrating that any defendant would be subject to annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden” if discovery proceeded.

TRUMP’S FIGHT FOR TRUTH AND JOURNALISTIC INTEGRITY

“This case will now proceed to a very thorough discovery process, and President Trump is committed to seeing this case through to a just conclusion,” Bird added.

The lawsuit claims that awarding the Pulitzer for Russiagate coverage not only harmed Trump but also “demeaned journalism and journalistic integrity at a time when trust in the mainstream and legacy media is at an all-time low.”

It states that a “demonstrably false connection was and remains the stated basis” for the coverage that received the prestigious award.

President Trump’s legal team previously demanded a “full and fair correction, apology, or retraction,” but the Pulitzer Prize Board refused and doubled down on its decision.

The Board stated, “The Pulitzer Prize Board has an established, formal process by which complaints against winning entries are carefully reviewed. "

Thus, the Pulitzer Board dismissed President Trump’s requests without substantial reconsideration.

A VICTORY FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

President Trump’s legal win isn’t just about personal vindication. It’s about holding the media accountable for spreading disinformation that misled millions of Americans. The lawsuit highlights how influential media outlets can manipulate public perception for political gain, even when the facts show otherwise.

“This is about the First Amendment, but it’s also about truth,” said a Trump Administration insider. “The American people deserve the facts and honest journalism, not propaganda disguised as reporting.”

This victory also highlights how President Trump continues to expose corruption within the establishment. While legacy media outlets scramble to cover their tracks, President Trump is focused on restoring faith in journalism by bringing transparency to the Pulitzer Board’s decision-making process.

MEDIA BACKLASH AND DEMOCRATIC MELTDOWN

Unsurprisingly, the mainstream media and Democrats are in disarray. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called Trump’s lawsuit “an attack on press freedom,” but many Americans see it differently. Many view Schumer as the one making the attacks.

The Department of Justice is officially investigating Chuck Schumer for threatening statements made about SCOTUS Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh in connection with the 2022 Dobbs opinion.

Additionally, polls show that public trust in the media is at an all-time low. Most Americans support President Trump’s efforts to hold the press accountable.

While President Trump fights for transparency, the Pulitzer Board and its allies continue to dodge accountability. But with discovery moving forward, the American people will finally see the truth behind the Pulitzer Prizes and the media’s role in perpetuating the Russia Russia Russia hoax.

THE NEW AMERICAN GOLDEN AGE: MEDIA ACCOUNTABILITY RESTORED

President Trump’s latest win is another step toward what he calls the New American Golden Age. By challenging the media’s dishonesty and restoring integrity to institutions like the Pulitzer Prize, Trump is paving the way for a more transparent, accountable America.

President Donald Trump

“We’ve suffered long enough under fake news,” President Trump declared. “It’s time to bring back real journalism, real truth, and real accountability.”

The nation is watching closely as the lawsuit moves into discovery. For President Trump supporters, this is a long-overdue reckoning. For the media, it’s a wake-up call that the days of unchecked propaganda are over.

Thanks to President Trump, America is back to WINNING—and the truth is finally coming to light.
