LUTHMANN COVERING NXIVM CASE WITH THE FRANK REPORT

Luthmann has joined The Frank Report’s flagship coverage of the NXIVM case. For those who do not know, NXIVM was a sex cult from the Upstate New York Capital Region. Led by Keith Raniere and funded by Seagram’s heiress and billionaire Clare Bronfman, NXIVM was first exposed by The Frank Report founder Frank Parlato. The US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York’s efforts in investigating and prosecuting NXIVM was made possible by Parlato’s reporting. Parlato even tipped off the Government as to Keith Raniere’s Mexican hideaway after Raniere's arrest warrant was issued.

Luthmann’s latest article is “What Can Raniere Expect from His Writ of Mandamus to the Second Circuit?” There, Luthmann discusses Keith Raniere’s latest legal petition to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, in New York, New York. Raniere asks the Court to disqualify U.S. District Court Judge Nicholas Garaufis from sitting on his case any further, citing “personal bias or prejudice.”

Keith Raniere is trying to have U.S. District Court Judge Nicholas Garaufis thrown off the NXIVM case. Raniere wants another judge to hear his claims of FBI and Prosecutorial Misconduct in planting, tampering, falsifying, and destroying evidence.

The ruling will be one of significance because Raniere has introduced shocking and historic allegations of FBI and Prosecutorial misconduct supported by affidavits from top former FBI Special Agents and Forensic Digital Evidence experts. The District Court Judge, now Garaufis, will rule on Raniere’s claims of planting, tampering, falsifying, and destroying evidence.

Famed Attorney and Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz is part of the Raniere legal team.

STUNTCOCK UNMASKED

STUNTCOCK was already instrumental in making public the rift between Queen Crime, her paramour Sir Walter Raleigh, and the outgoing State Senator.

There are people all over the place looking for STUNTCOCK. But there is only one known picture.

The identity of STUNTCOCK has hitherforeto been unknown. This is the only known photograph.

Evidently, after the announcement of the 2022 THIS IS SATIRE ANNUAL AWARDS, our FAN OF THE YEAR and HONORABLE MENTION were both running around the Edgewater Office of the Ministry of Counting proclaiming that they were not STUNTCOCK. And they can do that because it’s their “SOVEREIGN TERRITORY.” All good Stalinists know, it’s the COUNTERS who matter most.
