The Family Courts Are An "Abuse Industry"
Dr. Bandy Lee's Revelations of a Hidden Human Rights Crisis

For those of you who do not know Dr. Bandy Lee, she is an extraordinary woman. She is a forensic psychiatrist, violence expert, President of the World Mental Health Coalition (worldmhc.org), and a New York Times bestselling author.
Dr. Lee’s scholarly work includes writing a comprehensive textbook on violence. She is a specialist in public health approaches to violence prevention who consulted with the World Health Organization and initiated reforms at New York's Rikers Island Correctional Facility. She helped draft the United Nations chapter on "Violence Against Children," leads a project group for the World Health Organization's Violence Prevention Alliance, and has contributed to prison reform in the United States and worldwide. She taught at Yale School of Medicine and Yale Law School from 2003 through 2020.
More importantly, Bandy Lee is a real person who has a heart. Her accomplishments and accolades have not placed her in an inaccessible, cloistered position. It’s just the opposite. Dr. Lee is on the front lines for victims of violence and the fight for justice. She helps every day to expose the “Abuse Industry” that is the Family Courts.
Dr. Lee is available as an expert and a clinical psychiatrist to write reports and testify. She handles many cases in Connecticut, which is how I met her. She also does work in the New York Courts and throughout the Northeast. Her experience qualifies her as an expert anywhere in the world.
Why does she say that the Family Courts are an “Abuse Industry”? Because she has seen it firsthand, both as a professional and the family member of a litigant in a contentious and abusive battle.
Unlike many judges, lawyers, guardians ad litem, attorneys for the children, court appointees, psychiatrists, psychologists, and DCS, DFC, ACS, DFS, and many other alphabet acronym court employees of government agencies” “committed to the well-being of children and their families,” Dr. Bandy Lee isn’t keeping her mouth shut. With her education, experience, and accolades, she could make untold sum if she would “go along to get along” with the Abuse Industry. But Dr. Lee cannot remain silent. Why?
Because Family Courts use secrecy to cover up their human rights violations, there is almost no way for the public know about the violence, mayhem, and murder that actually happen in and through them. They provide a sanctuary for violent abusers, while victim protections are stripped, as they are placed under “gag order” and threatened with jail if they divulged about any of the crimes against them, especially judicial crimes. This is because Family “Courts” are not courts but an abuse industry: they cover up criminal abuse under the color of law in order to reverse tables on victims for a price. I have the unique vantagepoint as a family member and a witness of abuse, at the same time as being a specialist on violence — with twenty-five years of experience as an expert witness to know that Family Courts are nothing like other Courts. Public exposure is necessary for these extreme abuses to end, just as public scandals were the only way to curb a culture of violence that had been routine in prisons.

Turning a Blind Eye to the Horrific Human Rights Abuses in Family Courts
The writer is detailing the problems in the U.K. Family Courts. But these problems are universal and cut far too deeply into the American “Justice” System. If you have any experience with Family Court, decide for yourself:
Hundreds of thousands of us have been deprived of all rights — our children taken away from us due to corruption and fabricated “expert” reports, xenophobia, racism, our babies ripped away from us abused and battered mothers and given to abusers who likely paid bribe, some children have been taken into care and adopted based on totally fabricated or exaggerated reports. Many abused mothers, especially foreign ones, have been forced to sign off their entire divorce settlements and thrown out on the dole, childless and penniless, almost certainly as the lawyers who forced them into forgoing the money they are entitled to took huge chucks of that money as bribe depriving the victims, including children, of the basics and deliberately pushing them into abject poverty and some into suicides.
Some judges even fabricate facts in judgements to stage cases for monied abusers to win, again due to rumored bribe, CAFCASS [CPS in the U.S.] officers lie in reports and form very close relationships with manipulative abusers whose battered wives and children they then destroy and laugh at them.
Perjury by abusers, wife batterers, the most negligent fathers and by corrupt court staff is encouraged by judges and ignored, in some cases 50–150+ pieces of it per case! Yes, it is that bad and criminal!
Marital promiscuity is treated as a virtue and regularly rewarded, while the reaction of its victims to it is regularly punished to extremes, likely as the judges back up their own immorality and treatment of their own spouses and children.
Rights to religion or basic moral engagement in family life and monetary marital expectations are totally withdrawn, non-existent, as those who are capable of lying under oath to remove young children from their devoted parents or take bribe for that evil are the worst of atheists imaginable — truly sick people who believe they are God and must be worshipped.
It’s a never-ending revolving door of corruption, perjury en masse, sadistic retraumatisation of victims of domestic abuse, rewarding of the most extreme forms of immorality and spousal humiliation, rewarding of children being at the bottom of the pile for the pet parents, deliberate sadistic creation of extreme poverty the already-abused victims of DV are pushed into, the misuse of public funds so that abusers maintain their opulent lifestyles while their abused spouses and children go on the dole, breaches of all national and international laws and those of basic humanity.
All complaints procedures are fake and in reality do not exist. No matter what documentary evidence for criminality you provide, and in some cases it is 50+ documents, like in mine, all complaints procedures scrape excuses not to punish the criminals but support them — those for judges, CAFCASS officers, barristers, solicitors…. Even High court judges and President seem to fully back up the most horrific forms of abuses of power in those courts and almost never rectify anything, even if the children’s lives are clearly being shattered.
Many victims report intimidating and threatening behaviour by the most senior judges if they fight to expose child abuse and criminality in courts. They tell them that their other children will be taken into care or all contact with their children already given to abusers will be completely banned. Closing ranks and silencing the victims is always top priority as they know what has been going on and the scale of it.

Fathers go through the same thing too. With the DV industry admitting that 73% of allegations are false and the Feds number is around 90%, why is it that this article does not recognize that more mother's get custody of their children than father's because they can get away with false allegations that allow them to brainwash the children to falsely hate their other parent. And this also happens to mothers. this is a genderless issues. And anyone who claims it only happens to mother's is turning a blind eye to the truth. I have countless stories of father's falsely accused but by the time they prove that the allegations are false, the children have been programmed with false memories to believe that. their father's are no good. Or worse, they get kidnapped to another country where there is no extradition. This is NOT OKAY. Stop blaming fathers. It is the adversarial process that the attorneys create in the courts. I have case after case after case of fathers who are great dads and have been from day number 1, but their ex's decide they want to control everything including whether their children have a relationship with the other parent. In fact, in 99% of all of my cases, no matter the gender, the parent making the false claims was 1) Alienated from one of their parents, 2) a victim of abuse themselves and no one saved them so they project their issues through the children on to the to her parent in an attempt to save little them.
