Update: Family Court Legal Abuse Unleashed During Holidays!

Ex-Wife’s Christmas Attack on Family Court Fraud Warrior Dave Weigel Shows NYC System’s Rotten Core.

By Richard Luthmann

Wall Street whistleblower David Weigel is once again in the crosshairs of what he calls a malicious campaign of false allegations orchestrated by his ex-wife, Georgie Dimasin, and her attorney, Daniel Nottes.

Professional investigative journalists Michael Volpe and Richard Luthmann discussed the Weigel matter on the latest episode of The Unknown Podcast.

This holiday season marks the sixth time Weigel has faced such claims during Christmas, a calculated move he says is designed to disrupt his life and silence his advocacy against family court corruption.

“This isn’t about justice; it’s about harassment,” Weigel declared in a recent Facebook video. “My ex has made it her mission to ruin my life every Christmas, and Daniel Nottes is her enabler.”

Weigel, a vocal critic of the family court system, has spent nearly two years exposing what he describes as a "designer child trafficking scheme" in New York courts. Founder of the Family Court Fraud Warrior project (familycourtfraudwarrior.com), Weigel has shared how his decade-long battle in Manhattan Family Court has exposed what he calls a “business model of misery” in the judicial system.

His whistleblowing comes as several federal civil RICO cases against family court judges and court-appointed personnel are reaching the discovery phase.

But the attention has made him a target of retaliatory tactics, which he says are backed by a system that prioritizes profit over justice.

A “Silver Bullet” Holiday

Weigel explained the latest ordeal in a video titled “Family Court Fraud Warrior Testifies Again.” He recounted how his ex-wife allegedly engineered a complaint based on a six-month-old text message to trigger his arrest.

“She filed her sixth baseless harassment complaint just as my daughter missed her train to New York. It’s timed to ruin our first Christmas together in five years,” Weigel said. “This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a sick pattern.”

Attorney Daniel Nottes, described by Weigel as a “designer child trafficker,” allegedly drafts complaints with precision to bypass legal scrutiny. Journalist

Richard Luthmann, co-host of The Unknown Podcast, noted: “Nottes coaches clients on how to phrase allegations to ensure NYPD action, even when the claims are baseless. It’s legal abuse, plain and simple.”

Weigel elaborated on how such tactics exploit gaps in the legal system.

“All they need is a restraining order and a cherry-picked text to trigger the cops,” he said. “It doesn’t matter that the prior five allegations were proven false. The arrest itself is the goal. They weaponize the system to do their dirty work.”

A Pattern of Abuse

Georgie Dimasin’s behavior has long raised questions about her mental stability.

“This woman is imbalanced and vindictive,” Weigel stated. “She uses our children as pawns and the legal system as a weapon. She’s done it six Christmases in a row.”

Co-host Michael Volpe added, “If the NYPD arrests Weigel for a single word he texted six months ago, it’s proof the system is broken. This woman has a documented pattern of filing false complaints. When will someone hold her accountable?”

Dimasin, once a rising star on Wall Street, has seen her career and reputation plummet amid a prolonged and contentious divorce.

“She’s over the hill and out of options,” said a source familiar with the case. “Her reliance on Nottes shows her desperation and her sociopathic tendencies.”

Systemic Failure and Corruption

Weigel has spent years exposing what he calls the "fraud factory" of New York’s family courts. He claims judges, attorneys, and court-appointed experts profit by prolonging custody disputes and weaponizing domestic violence laws.

“This isn’t just my fight; it’s a systemic issue,” Weigel said. “The courts incentivize false claims because they generate revenue. Judges rubber-stamp restraining orders without evidence, giving sociopaths like my ex a free pass to destroy lives.”

Journalist Luthmann pointed to the broader implications of such tactics.

“This isn’t just about Weigel. It’s about exposing how lawyers like Nottes manipulate the system to profit off broken families. The family court system is a racket,” he said during the podcast.

The Road Ahead

While Weigel has not yet been arrested, the possibility looms large.

“They want me in Riker, eating a bologna sandwich and praying I don’t get shanked,” Weigel said. “It’s psychological warfare designed to scare whistleblowers into silence.”

Despite the ongoing harassment, Weigel remains resolute.

“They won’t stop me. The truth is out there, and people are waking up. This system is corrupt, and it needs to change,” he said. “I’m fighting for every parent and child who this fraud has victimized.”

The NYPD has yet to comment on whether it will act on the latest complaint, and inquiries sent to Nottes and Dimasin have gone unanswered. For Weigel, the stakes are higher than ever.

“This isn’t just about me. It’s about dismantling a system that profits off misery. Justice will prevail,” he said.

Conclusion

As Weigel experiences another holiday overshadowed by legal threats, his fight against family court corruption continues to gain traction. Whether this year brings another holiday ambush or a victory for whistleblowers, one thing is sure: David Weigel is a warrior who will not stop fighting.
