WOKE Lawyer Meltdown! Explodes Over 'Lettuce Picker' Lawsuit

We get hate e-mails all the time. Usually, WOKE virtue signallers enjoy threatening journalists for saying things they disagree with. With most mainstream outlets, those threats work. That won’t work here.
Some of the other more entertaining threats come from Scumbag lawyers.
Today, we received a quinella from NYC Attorney John M. Peterson, a Partner at Neville Peterson Customs and Trade Attorneys. He is a WOKE SCUMBAG LAWYER, or so says Richard Luthmann, in his opinion.
A comment was directed at Richard Luthmann in response to his earlier article about illegal alien and criminal Adriana Duarte Valentines, who just procured a $6.8 million verdict in California courts by dishonesty with the help of a WOKE Judge, reported by investigative reporter Frank Parlato of the Frank Report (frankreport.com).
Peterson was pissed at Luthmann, who wrote:
“[Adriana Duarte Valentines’] victory, made possible by California’s tilted legal scales, threatens to shutter the organization and raises questions about whether the state’s priorities are aligned with sanity. [D.E.L.T.A. Rescue, a nonprofit animal sanctuary]’s 1,500 animals—rescued from abuse and neglect—may have nowhere to go.”
Peterson says Luthmann is RACIST. He wrote:

Luthmann was a bit in disbelief.
“He doesn’t have to read my sh—, but you know he gets off on it. How could you hire a guy to be your lawyer who doesn’t know what an f--ing UNSUBSCRIBE button is? J.P. Morgan once said, ‘When you think you’re smarter than your lawyer, it’s time to get a new lawyer!’ “
Luthmann thinks that Peterson falsely tagged him as ‘RACIST.’
“The guy also has obvious problems with technology and maybe with reality, in my opinion. Adriana Duarte Valentines was an actual lettuce picker before Leo Grillo gave her a good job. She repaid him by robbing his inventory and robbing his time by banging her boyfriend in the work shed,” Luthmann said. “But I’m racist for telling the truth. These WOKE ambulance chasers have no shame.”
Luthmann says that he welcomes further “action.”
“This guy doesn’t realize that he’s acted in violation of the new Blue State Rule 8.4(g) of the Attorney Rules of Professional Conduct. That rule basically says: EVERYONE IS RACIST. It’s the only way Democrats can keep control of the courts in the Blue States. But Big Daddy will be here on January 20, and he’ll start defunding them all.”
Luthmann laughed at the litigation threats.
“He wants to sue me? Get in line. He wants a litany of filed court documents that include Anti-SLAPP claims. Be my f--ing guest,” Luthmann said.
However, Luthmann didn’t take exception to the “disbarred jailbird” label. He believes that spending time in prison gives him a perspective that “only the greatest” have ever had.
“What many see as a source of disdain, I see as my greatest strength. It’s true. And what is equally true is that Aesop, Moses, Spartacus, Julius Ceasar, St. Patrick, Cervantes, Dostoevsky, and others - all of them were imprisoned or in bondage. That time was transformative for them and for me. I now have no limitations to what I can do to hunt the WOKE, the corrupt, and the legions of lawyers that defend them,” Luthmann said.
“Lawyers famously don’t have Free Speech. I am untethered to such concerns but retain the full knowledge of how the shadiest operate, which informs my media strategy.”
He says it makes him a more effective investigative journalist who covers courts, culture, and legal issues.
“I was effectively run out of New York Law and Politics because I wasn’t corrupt. When you hold a license, it’s implicitly accepted that you protect your profession's ‘brethren and sistren’ and the systemic corruption related to the enterprise. That places you in a position of direct conflict with the truth,” Luthmann said.
“I can say things that no one else can say because I know things few others know, and I can use that knowledge strategically and unbridled, consonant only with the strictures of the First Amendment.”
He also says it’s his opinion that John M. Peterson hates himself.
“John M. Peterson probably thinks himself to be a closet racist and is a self-loathing shit of an ambulance-chasing Arsenal supporter - in my opinion,” Luthmann said. “I believe he is apoplectic that Trump will do so much reform, he won’t be able to shyster anymore. Not at the levels he is accustomed to.”
Luthmann: “In the immortal words of the great philosopher, Mr. T: ‘I pity the fool.’“
