"Cut It"
Luthmann to Suspend Satire Substack After Authorities Ask Nicely
Luthmann, a writer and journalist, a member of the National Writers Union, started this Substack page in full force a little over a year ago.
Since then, we’ve talked about Pirates and Perjurers, Catholics and CHOMOs, Big Mouths and Little Pricks. We even had a STUNTCOCK or twenty.
But alas, Luthmann has been asked nicely by several authorities to cabin his court cases and ramp down his satire in the face of important investigations. And Luthmann agreed because he was told he would be very happy about the outcome. Very Happy.
“This may be the last time you’ll see me for a while.”
But you may leave with this tidbit: Luthmann had the goods all along.
“Cut It”
Ask KH, the current North Shore Councilwoman, about “Cut It” from June 25, 2017, at 1:04 pm, while she was in the middle of a New York City Council Race against former Deputy Majority Leader, the beloved Councilwoman Debi Rose, the jewel of Staten Island’s North Shore.
What exactly does “Cut It” mean? It surely wasn’t “Cut It Out.” KH was SENDING pictures to Luthmann to put someplace.
What did Luthmann do for her in 2017? This is what the New York Times said:
One of them, Kamillah Hanks, a candidate in Tuesday’s Democratic primary for City Council, said she hired Mr. Luthmann only to help her get on the ballot. Asked last week about a fake page that he set up to attack her opponent, Ms. Hanks referred the inquiry to a spokeswoman.
“Ms. Hanks had no prior knowledge of these social media pages,” the spokeswoman, Jennifer Blatus, said.
Since that denial, The New York Times has reviewed a Facebook Messenger conversation that Ms. Hanks had with Mr. Luthmann. In it, he passes along a post from a sham Facebook page set up in the name of her opponent, City Councilwoman Deborah Rose, inviting people to support her “partnership” with a real estate developer to turn a property into an “SRO Welfare Hotel full of Criminals.”
Ms. Hanks does not respond to that. Then Mr. Luthmann points out to Ms. Hanks that a community board includes a member they apparently consider unpopular or controversial.
“Yes! Check who appointed her,” Ms. Hanks replies, adding, “I would BET it was Debi Rose.”
She concludes, “Find out.”
Ms. Hanks would not discuss the exchange with Mr. Luthmann
What does “Cut It” have to do with getting on the ballot?
“Cut It” sounds much more like an editing command. Like telling someone what to put on a webpage or a Facebook page. But Luthmann was never paid for that. Hmmm.
Doesn’t that make KH Luthmann’s co-conspirator in Dirty Politics and his colluder in Crime?
Why didn’t KH appear at the 2018 Luthmann Grand Jury when RC (“Il Giudice”) did?
How much did KBL pay (“a small fortune”) to ensure that his “wife’s” political prospects remained intact?
I leave you with these questions. Maybe someone better than me will have the courage to pick up the thread.
Adieu. Arrivederci. Sayonara. Cheerio.

Hypocracy!
