CANCEL CULTURE FRAUD’S $5 MILLION MELTDOWN
Danesh Noshirvan, the self-appointed TikTok truth-teller and social justice sniper, is getting torched in court.
For years, Noshirvan built a brand on doxxing his political enemies—ordinary people, primarily white, often successful—by broadcasting selectively edited clips to his 2.5 million followers. Then he sued his victims for millions of dollars.
But his latest lawsuit has collapsed.
In Fort Myers federal court, Noshirvan sued a plastic surgeon and his wife for $5 million, claiming they caused him emotional distress by speaking out after being doxxed.
“Danesh sent a cancel mob after a woman in a parking lot, basically because she was white, blonde, and employed,” said journalist Richard Luthmann on The Unknown Podcast. “She’s dealt with three years of sustained trauma. Her husband’s business was hit. Their lives were destroyed. Then he sued them for trying to clear their names.”
The case went to mediation, but court documents confirm it didn’t settle.
“He walked in asking for five million. He walked out with nothing,” Luthmann said. “Documents show this is a nuisance case—worth maybe $100,000, tops.”
The supposed defamatory claims? That Danesh is a swinger and a predator.
“But he and his wife made OnlyFans porn with a third party,” Luthmann said. “Everyone has seen it. That kills any defamation. It’s true.”
As for “predator”?
“The man fits the dictionary definition,” said Luthmann. “He exploits others for personal gain. That’s literally what he does.”
DELUSIONAL DANESH NOSHIRVAN UNMASKED: THE ONLYFANS, THE LAWSUIT, AND THE LIE
Danesh’s case hinges on the claim that calling him a swinger or predator is defamatory. But the facts destroy that narrative.
“There’s footage,” Luthmann said. “Danesh, his wife, and another participant, on camera, doing exactly what he claims never happened.”
Visual evidence, which surfaced in filed court documents, shows conduct consistent with claims made by the Fort Myers couple in their defense.
“He put himself out there, marketed on OnlyFans, and now wants to sue people for noticing?” Luthmann asked. “Please. In one video, he gets pegged in the ass with a white bullet. And he’s trying to sell himself to a Southwest Florida jury and a victim and a hero?”

Even if the swinger claim weren’t backed by video, Volpe pointed out, the predator label is opinion, not actionable under defamation law.
“Calling someone a predator is too vague,” Volpe said. “Courts don’t allow vague insults to become million-dollar lawsuits.”
The couple’s attorneys also raised concerns that Danesh failed to file the required 18 U.S.C. 2257 documentation for adult content, which could open a separate can of worms.
“He’s potentially facing serious federal felonies, and yet he sues them,” said Luthmann. “It’s DARVO: Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender. Textbook narcissism.”
DELUSIONAL DANESH NOSHIRVAN UNMASKED: FROM DOXXER TO DEFENDANT
Danesh’s reputation as a professional doxxer is catching up with him. He has targeted Supreme Court Justices, TikTok users, doctors, and teachers, then monetized the chaos.
In one high-profile case, he targeted Texas high school football coach Aaron De La Torre.
Danesh admitted it was a “tragedy.”
The coach later died by suicide.
“Danesh helped push him over the edge,” Volpe said. “Then went on Dr. Phil and bragged about it.”
Danesh admitted on national TV that he doesn’t feel responsible if people kill themselves after being targeted.
“That’s not activism,” said Luthmann. “That’s sociopathy.”
Now, the tables are turning.
Luthmann has filed a $20 million federal libel suit against Danesh, also in the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division. The claim centers on Danesh accusing Luthmann of being a “pedophile” and a “child stalker”—false statements, made with malice.

“He accused me of the most despicable crimes you can name,” Luthmann said. “That’s libel per se. I don’t even need to prove damages—those are presumed.”

Danesh’s response? A half-baked motion to dismiss, clearly ghost-written, and that may be defective due to improper service.
“He thinks this is a game. It’s not. I will make him my debt slave,” Luthmann vowed. “He’s going to pay.”
DELUSIONAL DANESH NOSHIRVAN UNMASKED: THE GRIFT BEHIND THE BRAND
Danesh’s cancel campaigns follow a pattern:
Find a viral outrage video.
Frame the target as a racist or abuser.
Mobilize a TikTok mob.
Monetize the attention.
Sue if anyone fights back.
“He’s not a whistleblower,” Volpe said. “He’s an extortionist.”
Luthmann agreed: “This is race-hustling and woke-hustling, pure and simple.”
The Fort Myers couple wasn’t the first.
“This is lawfare,” said Luthmann. “Weaponized litigation meant to punish critics and silence the truth.”
Now that truth is biting back.
“He can’t hide behind his followers anymore,” Volpe said. “In court, likes don’t matter. Facts do.”
JUSTICE IS COMING
With federal discovery ongoing, Danesh faces real exposure.
Emails, DMs, bank records, and OnlyFans content have been laid bare. Depositions have shattered his credibility under oath.
“This case is quickly becoming a public autopsy,” Luthmann said. “People are seeing who Danesh Noshirvan really is.”
Danesh’s “accountability” is on the verge of ending in failure, as the federal court dismissed his complaint last week. While the dismissal wasn’t final—Judge John E. Steele granted Danesh leave to amend—legal experts say the odds of a successful comeback look grim.
“The court saw through the fluff,” one Florida attorney said. “Unless he can cure defects with hard facts—and not just recycled TikTok theatrics—this case is deader than dead.”
The amended complaint is expected to tighten the factual narrative, leaving Danesh with little room to hide behind legal technicalities.
If the case proceeds to trial, legal analysts expect a full unmasking of both his finances and his methods.
“He’s built a brand on fear and lies,” said Volpe. “It’s collapsing.”
And the public is catching on.
Former fans now question his tactics. Critics are growing louder. The media that once praised him are going silent.
“The emperor has no clothes,” said Luthmann. “And I’m going to drag him through the courthouse naked and exposed.”
