Luthmann Seeks Subpoenas for Kamillah Hanks, Ron Castorina, Christopher Ambrose
Did Kevin Barry Love and Christopher Ambrose Lie to the Feds? Luthmann Gets a Mandatory Federal Court Hearing to Find Out.
By Richard Luthmann
Earlier today, Richard Luthmann filed documents with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida seeking the issuance of subpoenas for an upcoming hearing on alleged misconduct by the U.S. Probation Department.
Representing himself, Luthmann seeks a panoply of relief from federal court Judge Sheri Polster Chappell, a Barack Obama appointee.
Luthmann seeks a Preliminary Conference with the Judge and the U.S. Attorney’s Office to address crucial legal matters that pertain to the case.
Luthmann wishes to determine whether the Law of the Judgment from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit applies to the current matter.
Additionally, he questions whether it would be appropriate for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida to recuse itself from the case and transfer it to the adjoining Southern District of Florida because of alleged misconduct by the United States Probation Office for the Middle District of Florida, an arm of the federal courts.
Furthermore, he also seeks Court-ordered subpoenas and discovery related to the U.S. Probation Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and their interactions with specific individuals, including Christopher Ambrose, Kamillah Hanks, Kevin Barry Love, Ronald Castorina, Eric Nelson, and NEWSMAX Personality John Tabacco.
Luthmann raises concerns that specific individuals have made false statements and misled the Federal Agents at the U.S. Probation Office. A violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 is a serious crime and is often prosecuted because the case is usually open and shut.
Christopher Ambrose
Wealthy Connecticut Elite and “Psychopath” Christopher Ambrose has been the subject of Luthmann’s investigative journalism. Ambrose and others complained about Luthmann to the authorities. Luthmann says Ambrose is using lawsuits and the legal process as a smoke-screen to hide his abuse of children.
Luthmann has strong feelings about pedophiles and child predators but also believes in the Rule of Law.
“I want to see justice run its course. Child predators sicken me, and my opinion is that if it is proved that Christopher Ambrose is a pedophile after a speedy and fair trial, the justice system should put him down, hopefully permanently,” the papers say.
Kamillah Hanks and Kevin Barry Love
NYC Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks lives with her white millionaire sugar daddy, Kevin Barry Love, her political “enforcer.” He’s a telephone tough guy who loves to flap his gums about “his wife, the New York City Council Member.” The two aren’t married.
Kevin Barry Love is specifically mentioned in Luthmann’s papers as admitting to contacting the FBI and US Probation, with recorded evidence supporting this claim.
Luthmann believes these lies and misinformation have made the Probation Office react inappropriately, accusing him of “harassing witnesses.”
Luthmann also discusses the involvement of various individuals like Kevin Barry Love and Kamillah Hanks, asserting that they were not witnesses against him and accusing them of evading subpoenas and engaging in dishonest, harmful, and tortious behavior. Luthmann also highlights that Love and Hanks are deadbeats and liars.
“Let’s be clear that Kevin Barry Love is a brazen thug. He has lied to the MDFL USPO, violating 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Additionally, in shades of Michael Avenatti’s infamous extortion call to Nike, Kevin Barry Love made threatening phone calls to my former collections lawyers, smacking of interstate menacing. The New York and Providence FBI Offices have received complaints,” the papers say.
Combined with Kevin Barry Love’s menacing call across state lines and false claims that Luthmann was harassing him, a Probation Officer’s directive led the law firm to drop Luthmann as a client and withdraw the meritorious collections claims without telling him.
Luthmann said, “One of the collections lawyers told me, ‘I don’t want them doing to me what they do to Trump’s lawyers,’ apologizing for dropping my case without telling me because of the ‘Government heat.’”
Ronald Castorina
Ronald Castorina is now a New York State trial court judge. He perjured himself before a grand jury in Luthmann’s state case.
At one time, the two were close. Luthmann says Castorina threw him under the bus to secure his judgeship.
“He owes me money. I rendered services. He even said, ‘I need your expertise.’ Now, he can pull strings? I know they say: ‘There are two things that don’t pay, crime and judges.’ But this is beyond the pale,” Luthmann’s papers say.
Eric Nelson
Luthmann also wants to question “incompetent by design” Staten Island attorney and special prosecutor Eric Nelson.
“Eric Nelson was the crooked prosecutor who suborned Judge Ronald Castorina’s perjury. I want him as a fact witness to confirm Ronald Castorina’s relationship with me and to discuss his communications with federal law enforcement. I also want to ask him about his trustworthiness and recent dishonest activity,” Luthmann said.
Luthman claims Nelson recently submitted a perjured affidavit in a case now before Brooklyn Criminal Court Judge Donald Leo and hired a disbarred attorney and felon, Perry Reich as his “legal advisor.”
John Tabacco
A U.S. Probation Officer told Luthmann’s collections lawyers to stop collecting debts, even though a deal in principle with John Tobacco was being negotiated without litigation.
NEWSMAX personality John Tobacco stood ready, willing, and able to resolve an overlooked bill from 2017 for services Luthmann rendered once it was brought to his attention.
“Because of the ‘stop collections’ order, nothing was collected. This money was being collected to benefit the United States and its taxpayers. Why was I told not to obtain cash for Mr. Tobacco’s matters? Was my debt obligation waived? Why should I and the US Taxpayers have to suffer?” Luthmann’s papers say.
Luthmann Supports Law Enforcement; Wants the Liars Exposed
Amidst these concerns, Luthmann emphasizes his respect for the hard work and risks professional law enforcement faces.
“I wouldn’t blame anyone in the MDFL USPO if they relied in good faith on the criminal conveyance of misinformation…I respect the hard work and day-in-and-day-out risks faced by professional law enforcement,” the papers say.
“The last thing I want to do is have my lawyers file an unnecessary § 1983 action and needlessly burden good cops and probation officers if there are clearly other intervening superseding tortfeasors…if my constitutional rights were violated, they were broken by professional law enforcement relying in good faith on misinformation improperly or criminally conveyed. That would open the door for me to pursue my collections claims and any additional torts in the appropriate forums, unburdening this Court, the USPO, and the Government. It would also help me to make the Government whole,” Luthmann’s papers say.
Nevertheless, he maintains his right to a hearing and emphasizes the need for the U.S. Courts to address institutional issues and uphold his constitutional rights.
Luthmann maintains that motivated by Love, Ambrose, Castorina, and others, Probation conducted an “appropriateness review” of his debt collection cases in a brazen violation of his constitutional rights and an authoritarian act.
“Castorina, Love, and Hanks owe me collectively over $150,000. I am owed over $500,000, and all proceeds will go to the U.S. Taxpayer The MDFL USPO told me Castorina, Hanks, and Love all called the FBI and the USPO to use the Government to stifle my protected speech and property rights. The Probation Department told me to stop my collections lawsuits,” the papers say.
Luthmann emphasizes the urgency to initiate legal proceedings immediately due to the six-year statute of limitations, some of which will expire soon, and expresses confusion regarding the US Probation’s clearly unconstitutional directives.
“The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be ‘deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law,’” Luthmann’s papers say.
Luthmann Has Support
Speaking anonymously, a local Staten Island political figure wished Luthmann good luck. The person has no love lost for Hanks or Castorina.
“Maybe they should learn to pay their bills. And maybe they should reward their loyal friends that were with them from the beginning,” the political figure connected to an elected official’s office said.

Once a fixture in New York City and State politics, Luthmann is a recovering attorney who lives in Southwest Florida and a proud member of the National Writers Union.
“I am a journalist who writes about justice, the courts, government officials, prisons, and reform. You find some questionable players in all these places and often outright crooks. Exposing these bottom feeders from the outside is sometimes the only way to make them pay the price for their injustice and misdeeds.”
“I use satire and opinion to make my point. I have already been told to ‘stop writing about the Government’ by the U.S. Government, so I must be doing something right.”

The news media is a critical check on the powerful, serving as a watchdog to hold elected officials and other public figures accountable for their actions. The media was first called the fourth estate in 1821 by Edmund Burke, who wanted to point out the power of the press. The press plays a crucial role in providing citizens with access to information about what is happening in government and by shining a light on corruption, abuse of power, and other forms of wrongdoing.
